The rooms are good, the cleaning is done every day, the location is convenient, the breakfasts are good, the service is excellent. A separate disadvantage is the elevators: there are 3 working elevators on the 48 floors. I waited 10 minutes, and you can only get from your floor to another floor through the first floor or the restaurant.

Nice apartment, conveniently located near the metro, spacious rooms. Among the minor inconveniences are the strange elevators, which sometimes cannot be crowded from breakfast, and a not particularly rich breakfast with a single coffee machine that needs to be serviced from time to time. Of the cons: -it is cold in the room (+22C), when the air conditioner is turned off, t rises to a maximum of +24, but not for long. - the breakfasts are meager. - the room was on the 2nd floor with Windows facing the street, you could hear the noise of cars, but I was able to sleep. - the cockroach died in the bathroom. If I go to Dubai again, I will choose a hotel near Rose Rayhan, I liked it more.
