It's a cool neighborhood. Shops are open at night, it is always light and everything is within walking distance (meaning supermarkets, metro stations and shopping malls)

A comfortable area near Dubai Marina, there is all the necessary infrastructure: cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies, an exchange office, a park for walking and the metro! Everything is within walking distance, to the Secret Beach by taxi 10 min, on foot about 40 min
