The only advantage is the proximity to the metro. Otherwise, it's 4 stars and doesn't smell. Some kind of cheap eatery with a complete lack of service. Boorish receptionists, whom I have never met before. Eye-rolling and clucking are all their orders. The lack of a share of the amenities offered: a bathrobe, sound insulation in the rooms, which is why music can be heard all night. There is no normal shower - instead there is a clogged drain and a layer of water on the floor throughout the bathroom. The window just won't close, it stupidly lacks a locking mechanism - whatever the position of the handle, push and the window will open. Because of this, the sound insulation, which is not there anyway, tends to zero. But there is a hole for a self-tapping screw, with which they tried to pull it, but there is no self-tapping screw.

I've never written negative reviews about hotels, but not this time! Before making a reservation decision, think 100 times. So, in order: 1. At the reception, my daughter and I did not want to be accommodated in a room, because according to the lady at the counter, only 1 person was paid for. At the same time, there was a voucher in hand, which clearly stated that the accommodation was for 2 people, our last names and first names, and 2 single beds. After a long argument in English, Arabic, and Russian, a senior manager was brought in to resolve the issue, and after a minute everything became clear. They just said, "It's okay, ma'am." 2. They gave us a room on the 4th floor, and as soon as we opened the door, a persistent smell of dampness, mold, and some kind of junk hit our nose. I returned to the reception and asked for a different room, without the terrible smell. They refused, they said that there were no other options in the hotel. 3. The first thing I saw in the bathroom was a big red cockroach. I haven't seen them anywhere for 20 years, and now. For 6 days, we had to periodically destroy these insects in the room. This is terrible! 4. Breakfast food is not edible. The only things you can eat are vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers, tasteless and odorless) and egg dishes that are cooked in front of you - omelets, scramblers, etc. And rice, if it is without hot seasonings and spices. Everything else is extremely specific and not very edible. The pastries are not fresh, and the juices are chemical powders diluted with water. 5. There is no spa with a hammam (as stated in the description of the hotel). The door to the spa is sealed with the wording - closed by court order for violations detected. The rooftop pool (declared as a heated pool) is icy, swimming there is not realistic. 6. There is zero noise insulation in the room. An Arab couple lived across the wall from us, so when a man was praying, washing and spitting, swearing or just talking to his wife, we had the feeling that all this was happening in our room! Plus, there's a disco at the hotel every evening, when the bass is pounding so hard that the bed is shaking. And so on until 4-5 in the morning. And at 5-6 in the morning, work begins on the construction site, across the street from the hotel - cars are humming, workers are making noise, concrete mixers, and so on. Therefore, it was necessary to ventilate the room from the mustiness during the day, when they left the room. But instead of fresh air, the room was filled with a smell from the kitchen of the restaurant next to the hotel, a cafe where they steam and roast. Therefore, sometimes it seemed that mold was better. 🤦🏻♀️ By the way, the windows haven't been washed there for at least 5 years. To be fair, I'll note the advantages - clean bed linen, which was changed regularly (or smoothed and made up to look fresh), clean towels. And 2 0.5 bottles of water daily. And the proximity to the subway. That's all. I chose a hotel on the tour aggregator website level.trevel and relied on a rating of 9.7 (excellent hotel). I've never been picky, but after my experience, I can say one thing - either people were really paid for high marks, or chatbots are inflating these marks. It is extremely difficult for an ordinary person with his usual requests to rate this hotel even by 5 points. Instead of the specified 4*, I can put no higher than 2*. I am attaching a photo.
