In general, the situation is like this. I bought a beard trimmer, after 6 days it just started turning off. They sent it for repair, they said a maximum of 2 weeks. I called the girl, as the head understood, promised to resolve this issue faster. What we have at the moment. It's been almost 3 weeks, the girl who promised to help with my question does not get in touch. I called the store, they don't know what's wrong with my trimmer at all, and asked to clarify this issue. As a result, I call back in half a day, no one even thought about doing this, they said there was no time. Let's sum up the results in general. The service is full bottom, there is no customer orientation, from the word at all. After the weekend, I will write a complaint to the Consumer protection Department. In general, I do not advise anyone to get involved with these guys.
