They gave me a conditional bill for 19 thousand soums. I go to the cashier with the bill and hand over the card. The cashier will not hesitate to withdraw 20 thousand from her. What is this???? Has the cashier decided to charge a tip for himself? Anyway, we don't go there anymore.
