Hello. Today, at about 2:42 p.m., I was at a bank branch waiting for my turn on an electronic coupon. My number was 65, in front of me was 64. When my number lit up on the board, I went to the cashier, but the employee rudely stated that number 66 was supposedly being serviced and refused to receive me. At the same time: • the second cash register showed the number 65, • but the customer with the number 63 was actually being served, • customers were not received by electronic queue, • despite the fact that earlier the same employee strictly demanded to take a ticket. As a result, I've been forced to wait for more than 10 minutes, even though my number has been officially displayed on the scoreboard for a long time. I ask you to understand the situation, because: • the order of the electronic queue has been violated, • the employee behaved incorrectly and rudely, • Customers are not served by numbers, but selectively.
