I would like to express my deep gratitude to the funeral services manager Evgeny for accompanying the funeral and support in the difficult hour of loss! Unas's funeral was not simple - a farewell, and then a quick repatriation of the body by air delivery to another country. Evgeny competently, clearly, calmly helped to organize the funeral itself, advised on the cost of services, differences in the organization of different funeral services and the preparation of necessary documents. Most importantly, Evgeny is a very intelligent, well-mannered, calm and reasonable person who did not impose additional services on us, did not load us with unnecessary information, did not flicker, and called only for necessary questions. Now I understand that it is my Wife's careful and tactful attitude to the grief of people who are in a state of shock and simply do not understand anything, who are very emotional and irritable, clear and professional knowledge of their business, friendly advice and delicate accompaniment of the entire funeral process - has become for us a kind of "reliable male shoulder", support in a difficult moment, it helped to survive the bitterness of loss! Our gratitude to him is immeasurable!!! Thanks to my Wife again!!!
