Among the advantages - a fascinating view of the Marina, responsive staff (there are Russian speakers), good service, a varied buffet, everything is delicious. I really liked the location in the Marina itself. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The beach is a 10-minute interesting walk away. The room is cleaned and linen and towels are changed every day. Bathrobes, slippers on request. Water is brought, but if you follow the water regime or like to indulge in tea, you need to buy it.
The bed is wide, you can comfortably fit a threesome with a child.
Among the disadvantages are tired furniture, old washed towels, there is no heated towel rail and any clothes dryer - which is why underwear and swimwear do not dry well.
Bring toothbrushes and toothpaste with you, it is much more expensive in Dubai.
