My opinion is of course subjective, but I would not recommend it.

Let's start, perhaps, with the boorish behavior of the hookah man, who could not even accept the order normally.. The hookah that was brought to us was with a dirty flask, the taste was terrible and incredibly far from what we ordered. There is no alcohol, and half of the tea positions are also missing. We received an answer to the request to update our boiling water:"Can't you see that she's still warming up?!" This is the worst hookah bar I've ever been to. I do not advise anyone absolutely. 2 stars only for the tea itself and for the board games.
