The monument is a composition of stone blocks symbolizing the Afghan mountains, with a granite slab on which the names of 15 Pinsk residents who did not return from the war are listed. The monument was unveiled on July 14, 2005, the anniversary of the liberation of the city. 15 people who would still be living and working now. Someone would be busy with the grandchildren.
