Interesting place to go if you don’t have any other places to visit. Location is about half an hour away from central, and there is an entry fee. If you’ve been to European palaces, this would be similar to it as the interior are of the Russian aesthetics

Today I visited the summer residence of the Emir of Bukhara, Sitor-i Mokhi-Khosa. The place is impressive from the very first steps: a luxurious oriental-style palace, mosaics, murals, stained glass windows… It feels like you're walking into a fairy tale. The history of the palace is special: it was built in the early 20th century for Emir Amir Olimkhan and his family. This combination of oriental architecture and European motifs makes the residence unique. The emotions are incredible — you walk through the halls and the park and seem to be transported to the era of splendor and grandeur of Bukhara.

I really liked the tour to the dorets of the last Emir of Bukhara. An atmospheric place where you can see not only architecture, but also see what clothes and shoes were worn in those days, see the interiors of the rooms of the emir and his wives. But you should definitely take a Sitor guide. She tells very interesting nuances and facts, without which it would not be so interesting.

It's a very beautiful place, but there are a few things that overshadow the visit.: 1) very intrusive employees who aggressively try to impose a tour, sell books, souvenirs 2) there is a toilet on the territory, which is not indicated whether it is paid or not. There are no employees at the entrance, but when you leave it, a woman from a souvenir shop runs up 50 meters away and demands 3,000 soums. The cost of entrance tickets is 60,000 soums, you can get there by public transport.

I am very glad that before my trip to Bukhara I saw a program about this palace on the Kultura channel. They have a wonderful cycle "A Novel in stone" about buildings erected by men in honor of their lovers. Finally, I was able to look at these magnificent halls with my own eyes. I especially liked the hall, where there were mirror mosaic inserts in the oriental ornament. You don't have to take a guide. Peacocks walk around the territory and there is an alley with a vineyard. I recommend you to visit.

We visited the palace twice. The first time without a tour, it seems that we read everything on the Internet, walked around, looked at it. We stopped by the second time with friends, took a guide and did not regret it. The wonderful guide Rustam gave us a lively educational tour! We learned a lot of interesting facts. We lingered looking at the clothes, and Rustam's stories and explanations took us back to that time. Jokingly, projecting every element onto our days, we discussed, especially the women's skullcap with pigtails. Rustam, with his sense of humor, was irresistible! Thank you for the interesting tour!!!!

A place worth seeing. The last Emir of Bukhara studied in St. Petersburg, hence the completely eclectic mix of European and Oriental motifs in architecture and interiors. Interesting and beautiful. Everyone advises to take a tour guide, and that's right, you can learn and understand a lot. The cost for four is 120 thousand soums, very inexpensive.

In general, of course, it is an iconic landmark. Maybe if you take a guide, you can get into this place, but mostly you just walk through the beautiful halls)) and if you are not the first day in Samarkand, then they no longer seem incredible)). The whole area is under construction, so you can't say that you can walk around there, especially since it's not very big.

The country residence of the Emir of Bukhara. Quiet, easy. An individual guided tour is offered at the entrance. A small but very beautiful palace inside. We went there on Monday, there were no crowds of tourists. A park without frills, but with peacocks. Next to the former harem building (where Suzani's paintings are on display), you can enjoy excellent coffee with baklava. In addition to the usual souvenirs, silver jewelry with semiprecious stones can be purchased at a very humane cost (payment is made not only in cash, but also by transfer by phone number)

Super! We took an excursion. I liked everything. Beautiful interiors, immersed in an oriental fairy tale, got acquainted with the life of that time. It's a pity the peacocks were tired from the heat, I recommend you to visit

There are a lot of beautiful locations for photos. Be sure to take a local guide, it's more interesting this way. I also liked that you can buy goods here for an order of magnitude cheaper, it's a pity I didn't know before.

A cute palace with beautiful oriental-style halls inside!Guides tell funny stories and tall tales about the owner and his preferences. We took a taxi on our own, it is located very close to Bukhara, you buy a ticket at the ticket office and walk as much as you want. Peacocks walk around the territory and a maclure tree grows, tinctures from the fruits of which are sold right there. You can admire and buy the products of local craftsmen!

Cool, the tour is inexpensive. The interiors are rich. Although the painting of the walls seems garish up close, but when you look from afar, the picture, like in a kaleidoscope, develops into an oriental fairy-tale drawing. There are antique suzane embroidery, Emir's outfits, shoes, an antique refrigerator, vases. Peacocks roam around the palace grounds. A must-visit without fuss

The unforgettable architecture of the summer residence of the last Emir Alimkhan surprises with its historical originality. Vaults, carved doors and unusual painted walls in a compartment with many preserved expansions immerse us in the time of the bais and farmhands.

We took a taxi from Tashkent, the distance was 6-7 kilometers. It's a cozy place, the peacocks are behind bars. There were grapes growing in the alley and the tassels were hanging beautifully. There is a museum inside the palace.

I was at the palace with my family. They offered to take a guide at the checkout, supposedly it would be much more interesting and informative with him. We took it. There are no regrets. Although there may not have been enough emotions from the guide, the tour turned out to be somewhat "mechanical". But it would definitely be worse without a guide. The palace itself deserves to come here specifically for its sake. The palace has retained its appearance since the time of the last emir, and was not destroyed during the capture of Bukhara in 1920. In addition to the buildings themselves, there are mini-museums inside the palace with interesting exhibits, photographs, household items of the Emir, his clothes, etc. One of the must-visit tourist spots in Bukhara.

I really liked it, the rich exposition of Japanese and Chinese porcelain, clothes and shoes of the late 19th century, the best museum in Bukhara. There are a lot of peacocks on the street, beautiful and not shy, you can get close. There is an orchard on site.

These places should be visited with a guide, it is usually not expensive, bargain. Admission to all museums is from 15 to 60 thousand rubles. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the summer palace from the center by taxi and it costs about 15,000 sums, that is, about 100 rubles. The history of the palace is interesting, but the view itself did not make a direct wow impression after all the beauties of Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara, build your route correctly)

The Summer Palace of the Bukhara Emirate presents an exhibition of national historical clothes and shoes, located on the ground floor. The second floor is closed to the public. There is a national-style cafe on the side, well filled with locals. A rectangular pond requires the care and attention of restorers.

If you have seen everything in the historical part of the city of Bukhara, I strongly recommend visiting the most magnificent place "The Summer Palace of the Emir of Bukhara Storari Mohi Hossa". A wonderful historical landmark! The territory of the palace is impressive in its size, with a large number of museums. There are a lot of greenery, vineyards on the territory, and a huge number of peacocks that can be fed by hand. There are small boutiques with local dealers of handmade products from souvenirs, paintings to garments. You can get to the palace from the old town by taxi.I highly recommend it!

It's a specific place, just a very modest, unkempt summer cottage, and we still didn't understand what we were doing there. It's like shopping malls everywhere. We drank delicious coffee with baklava, succumbing to the mood, I bought a miniature. There's really nothing to watch, it's a waste of time and money. I do not recommend it, but in general it is a personal matter for everyone.

We visited in early March. The Emir of Bukhara's Palace is located outside the city (15 min.by car) in a picturesque place. There are a huge number of peacocks walking in the park, which can be fed for 10,000 sums.(the guides say that these are really the descendants of the Emir's birds, who have always lived here). The luxury of decoration inside the Palace (an interweaving of European and Oriental styles) is striking: the interior of the halls is decorated with gold, Japanese vases, Chinese porcelain, national clothes and shoes. All this is the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. The exterior clearly needs cosmetic repairs. But I recommend visiting this place. From the hustle and bustle of the city, you find peace and solitude there. There is a paid toilet and intrusive vendors on site.

I really want to get there again. It's just an oriental fairy tale. Peacocks are walking everywhere, birds are singing. The murals on the walls in the palace give a feeling of lasting admiration for the skill of the people of that time, their imagination and patience. It is very quiet and pleasant to walk on the territory. Beauty.

It's a very atmospheric place, different from the traditional architecture. Lots of eclecticism. the scale of the buildings is more human. It's a godsend for artists! Peacocks roam freely. Next to one of the buildings, you can sit down with traditional coffee, it is brewed here. There are no cafes, you should go to the store for water or fruit in front of the entrance to the ensemble.
