There are long queues for breakfast, the waiters do not have time to serve, in order to order tea / coffee from the waiter, you need to wait a very long time and catch it. The dishes in the main restaurant are already old, worn out, and require replacement for a long time. The lazy river is generally a separate topic, don't be fooled by the pictures. The hotel's pool and beach are shared with other hotels/apartments. The reception staff is not very polite, except for the girl Polina. The cleaners, doormen and waiters at the Indian restaurant are the nicest people, there are no complaints about them at all, they decorate this hotel with their kindness.

Among the advantages: the hotel looks beautiful, a pleasant area of medium size, there is a restaurant and a pool on the upper floors with panoramic views, the beach is good, the sun beds are comfortable, the sea is warm, there is never a wave, but when you enter there is a strip of stone-sharp shell rock. In my opinion, they could have removed it. Nearby Nakhil mall (groceries, currency exchange, food court, alcohol). Now about the cons: The reception staff are mostly indifferent, unhurried, there was one Russian-speaking, friendly girl. The deposit for the room is 500 dirhams per day. The room was with a kitchen, quite small. The bathroom door opens only if you close the door from the shower. But the toilet, like on an airplane, sucks in with a roar))) The bed is an ordinary double bed, not a kingsize, as stated. The furniture on the balcony is dirty, shabby, there is no dryer for things. The restaurant is not bad. There are queues. They won't let you in until a table is available. The food is normal, the same thing every day with minor changes. Rice, spaghetti - a lot, delicious stew / fish with vegetables - a little. There is a grill, but I am not a fan, and they put it) as if they are tearing it from my heart. The room was cleaned, but in the evening. The balcony has never been washed. They forgot to put towels on a couple of times. It doesn't seem critical, but there is no desire to return. Either the service should be better, or the price should be lower.
