The overall impression is good. We drove the child, but we also enjoyed ourselves. One of the pros and cons is the dome indoor playground (on hot days it saves people and animals), but the building is not big enough for such a huge world. Diverse flora and fauna. Funny lemurs, they were kneading each other's backs and taking selfies with people. It was the first time I saw centipedes. A variety of birds fly, walk next to us and chirp their songs. Tropics for humans are made at all levels in height, sometimes you feel like a "child in a treehouse." For me personally, only one thing is important in zoos - that the animals feel comfortable there and receive decent care, I give Green planet 10 out of 10 in this regard. We were in August 2025, it's hard to get from the subway to the entrance, we were making our way through the last piece of the construction site, you can't get there fast with a wheelchair, and all this dust and dirt... The main entrance to the building and part of the surrounding area are closed, they have organized an entrance from the other side, but it is, to put it mildly, "marching". But the discounts on tickets were great!

It's a great place, especially if you have to travel to Dubai in the summer, but you really want to visit something. The building is cool, and in addition they include tropical rains, with the necessary noise and lightning. The variety of exotic birds is off the charts, the species and subspecies of birds are really different, and all so colorful! Sometimes a lemur may run by, or a sloth may come down from the ceiling. And all this at arm's length! There is also a playground with climbing walls adjacent to the building; however, appropriate shoes are needed - sports / indoor / not on a platform, so that children can run / jump. An excellent attraction, especially for the hot summer in Dubai, takes 1-1.5 hours.

It's a great place. It is not advisable and expensive to buy tickets only to it, but there is a combined eye of Dubai + Green Planet 189 dirhams. And then both the eye and the green planet are worth the money. Entertainment for 2 hours from Burj Khalifa 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car (15 dirhams taxi) I recommend stopping by before visiting the fountains. Lemurs walk like cats, toucans sit at arm's length, bats brush their wings a meter away from you. There is a good climbing town on the street for children up to 7-8 years old.
