I was with my family at the end of October 2025. The choice fell on this hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the ability to provide a 4-bed room and for reasonable money. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, no questions asked. I saw one speaker at the reception in Russian, but in English everything is fine. They call a taxi on request, no problem. The room was usually cleaned every other day. The furniture in the room is not of the first freshness, but acceptable. The air conditioners are working fine, they didn't even turn on much. a balcony with a sea view is very appropriate. There is a washing machine - which is very good - to wash things after the sea. There is powder in any hardware store. The renovation in the room is also not the first freshness, but it is also acceptable, except that in one of the bathrooms (there are only 3 of them) only cold water flowed from the shower and there was no hot water. But it's fine in the other bathroom. Repairs are underway on several floors of the hotel and inside the main entrance, but they have never been disturbed. We had meals - breakfast and dinner. Dinner can be rescheduled for lunch. While we were there, breakfasts and dinners (lunches) were brought directly to the room, in plastic cases, from the delivery service (of which there are many in the UAE). Everything was delicious, the portions were large, and the bread was just a nightmare. Dinner or lunch can be selected from the menu at the reception, based on the cost (calculated by the number of days and guests). The four of us had 117 dirhams. There was enough for everyone's eyes. I really liked the seafood, juices, even the banal shawarma, and it's cooked on fire and it's great. There are no questions about food, there was a refrigerator in the room, the microwave was left and then warmed up. The only pity is that the coffee was not delivered, but there is a McDuck around the corner - they always made excellent coffee in it. Practically opposite the McDuck there is a grocery store, souvenirs, all sorts of things, everything for the beach - like a hardware store. The prices are tolerable. If you need to buy a lot of things (especially water, because there is not enough water in the room), it is better to cross the road at the traffic light behind the Makdak and walk past the mosque, under the overpass. There's a great Nesto store in a corner building behind it, like Auchan. It's inexpensive there. And on the second floor there are things, toys, electronics and all sorts of other things. There is also an exchanger - but you need a photo of your passport on your smartphone (and so in a variety of exchangers, in the same Dubai). The beach is public, it's free for hotel guests, you just need to show them the booking photo on your smartphone, and after a couple of days they'll find out and don't ask. You have to cross the road to the beach by passing cars - there are no pedestrian crossings nearby, but there have never been any special problems. The road is quite heavy in traffic, but it didn't bother, although there was a seaport nearby and trucks often drove. The beach is not bad, there is no perfect cleanliness, but it is always cleaned in the morning. There are few umbrellas and deck chairs, but many do not use them, or many have folding umbrellas and towels. They bring you to the beach from other hotels, and there is a parking lot nearby. There were quite a lot of people, but not on top of each other, quite. Lifeguards are working on the beach, at the far end there is a shower, toilet, changing room. The sea is clear. There is a small aquarium and a museum nearby - it was quite good, the children liked it. In general, it is acceptable for the money that was requested. Especially the proximity to the sea.

I came across such a situation that we came as a family, everything was calm, and I went alone. For some reason, they asked me for a voucher, I said that I was from time ruby and they said that if there was no voucher tomorrow, 10 dirhams the entrance is well, here's an interesting situation, too, the beach is beautiful and the sand and the entrance to the sea is beautiful, but not very deep. you have to go deeper so that at least the water is clean up to your neck. the staff at the hotel is friendly. the cleaning is high-quality. I liked everything. There is a cafe nearby. a shop where locals buy called nesto. you need to go further away. and so lunch and dinner can be fine I liked spending time at the local cafes. We were there for the third time.

Great apartment! We lived with the whole family! 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 3 toilets and a balcony with sea view. 130 m . Near the city beach! We liked the hotel, the furniture is new and the appliances are new!

It's been a long time since there's been a renovation The furniture is broken and shabby. The equipment is in good condition, it was changed relatively recently. Everything else is not. The bidets and toilets were sealed and cracked. The countertop in the bathroom is made of stone, there are also cracks and they are sealed. The curtains and tulle probably haven't been washed since they were sent and hung up. The linen and towels are clean, but also outdated. There are cockroaches. The cleaning is mediocre, we still did not understand how often the linen was changed (but we did)).Towels are provided on an unclear basis, for a family and 5 people there are only 2 large towels and 1 for hands and 1 for feet. There is a frying pan and a saucepan in terrible condition in the kitchen and dishes, it is not possible to cook in them. A couple of flat plates (no deep ones), 4 cups and 1 glass. Again, for 5, they gave 2 bottles of 0.5. A couple of tea and coffee bags and sugar. Repairs are currently underway on the 2nd floor, new equipment is being imported. Maybe they will change for the better. If you make repairs and keep clean, it's not a bad housing option in principle. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the aquarium, and the tram to Dubai are also 10 minutes away.

The Ruby Apartment Hotel is a good place for a family holiday. Overall, I liked the place, but there are some nuances. Positive: 1. The rooms are very large and have a well-thought-out layout. Family room: two large bedrooms with a bathroom separating the rooms from each other. The layout is also interesting: the entrance to the bedrooms is from a private area separated from the living room by a door. Living room with a large table, sofa, armchairs and TV. The kitchen is large - 16-20 squares. There is everything you need for cooking. We spent several evenings cooking fish and seafood. The price of fish in the local supermarket inspired: shark - 300 ₽/kg, dorado 400 ₽/kg, royal shrimp 600 ₽/kg. There is a large balcony. 2. Service. Everything is fine with the service. The gentlemen at the reception tried to solve all the issues, even those that, in principle, went beyond their functionality. I was pleasantly surprised. What exactly am I talking about: all questions about additional furniture in the room were resolved promptly. The socket adapter is not their problem, but they also quickly helped with the solution. Ordering a taxi is understandable. But the employee suggested which application is better to use to make it cheaper. 3. Location. The beach is 5 minutes away. Minimarket shops are 1 minute away. A large supermarket (Auchan type) is a 10-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is 40 minutes away by taxi. Dubai Airport is 30 minutes away, and Almaktum is about an hour away. A few words about the beach: we were in December. The sea is cool, but tolerable for us. The sea is much cleaner than on the trendy beach in Dubai Marina. In the afternoon, waves and strong winds rise. Therefore, it is better to come to the beach from the earliest morning. 4. Nutrition. The hotel only has breakfast. Meals are organized according to two schemes: if there are few guests with breakfast, they are prepared for takeaway in lunch boxes. We were promised exactly that when we checked in. But during the night, apparently, there were more people who wanted to have breakfast at the hotel, and the breakfasts were served in a small dining room. We came at different times - there are enough tables, there is no queue. The diet was varied, and something new appeared every day. The food quality is good. There were no gastronomic bombs, but the food was very pleasant. I expected it to be less delicious. The cook tried his best. Attitude: we came to the closing several times (one minute before the closing of the canteen). The cook cooked everything, waited until we left, and only then did the buffet begin to sort itself out. In other places, the buffet is sorted according to the schedule. 5. The price. Almost every day we took a taxi to Dubai and back. But even taking into account transportation costs, the price of accommodation was lower than in Dubai. Minuses: 1. The hotel is not new. The furniture and appliances in the room are not a fire. But, everything is functioning. I'll make a reservation: the bedding and mattresses are being monitored. Everything is new and clean. 2. The environment. The adjacent territory to the hotel is a street without asphalt. Just sand. It feels like you're in a backwater of Central Asia, in a suburb of Tashkent, in an aul. It takes 10 minutes to walk to good pedestrian areas, where it is pleasant to walk. Summary: overall, I liked everything. 1. Excellent sea in the morning. 2. Afternoon taxi to Dubai. Culture, entertainment, recreation, shopping, of course, are there. 3. The price/quality of accommodation is very good.

Apartments. A large room of 120 sq. m., two bedrooms and three toilets, there is a kitchen and a washing machine, lived on the 5th floor. The number was not given immediately, with a fight they knocked out the sea view as paid. The garbage was taken out every day, the bathroom floor was washed, and at the request they gave what was required. The room was cleaned three days later. The fat minus is cockroaches in the kitchen: they were poisoned twice. There is a small supermarket in the courtyard, a bigger one across the street. Location : 300 m beach across the street, near the marina with a ferry to Dubai 15 dirhams passage, there is also a small aquarium nearby. And so there is sand around like in the desert, construction is underway.

The hotel is perfectly located, the sea is out of the window, 5min walk, the beach is excellent, free of charge for residents in neighboring hotels, sand, smooth access to the sea, changing rooms, toilets. The main thing is that you do not need to get attached to shuttles that take you to the beach 1 or 2 times in time! The family room is huge - 120 sq. m., 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 3 toilets! Yes, the rooms need repair, but the linen and towels are snow-white (they change every day), every day they give 2 bottles of water, shampoos, gels, napkins, etc., very comfortable mattresses, pillows and blankets, slept better than at home 😊 The staff is Sooo friendly, always smiling, they respond instantly to any request! No deposits are taken (unlike Dubai). There is a free safe in the room, even the stove was washed if we dirty it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the hotel to non-cautious and positive-minded tourists!!!

Nice hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, but the hotel is old. 5 or maybe 10 years old photos. The hotel looks like a rich Soviet holiday home. There is its own kitchen, but it is too poor for appliances. There are views towards the sea, it's beautiful there. But there is another side. And here's the most interesting thing, the windows in the windows of the neighboring hotel are literally five meters away. And so the sea is nearby and far away. You can just relax.
