It's all good. Clear. Quietly. From the advantages of the pool, you can immediately swim in the bay (2 meters from the house at high tide). A sufficient number of air conditioners in the house. Of the minuses: the lack of its own pier and there is no possibility to sail up to the house by boat (except for the main pier at the very beginning of the island) and the lack of its own helipad (most likely so on the whole Palm)
