**Advantages**
- Many tools for training arms and legs.
- Cleanliness.
- Group classes.
- I have something to do with myself.

- They have a thermos of water, if you take a thermos with you, a fitness bottle and so on, you can dial without any problems.

**Disadvantages**
- The water at the reception is insanely expensive — 390 tenge for 0.5 liters. I understand everything: energy and so on, but for water — for what?
- You can't make cold water in the shower.
- There are no tools to make yourself a powerful abs.
- It will be difficult for a beginner without a coach, there is no general coach, there are only personal ones. It would be convenient if a general trainer gave basic exercises, but there is no such thing.
- Advertising on TV sets. I was training, I saw an advertisement for a restaurant, and my thoughts were already far from training. I would like to see motivational videos or how someone trains.
