Как и в любом СНТ есть свои минусы. Если бы вернуть время, то не стала бы брать дачу в этом месте, то бишь в этом районе, не зависимо от снт. Комары, мошки, торфяники... Далеко от города. Проблемы с автобусами, особенно зимой. Но ко всему можно привыкнуть... Но оно того не стоит

Замечательное ухоженное СНТ. Магазин рядом. До города 13 км! 1.5 км пятерочка! Вода- летний водопровод. Шикарная детская площадка.
