Be prepared to sweat during the spring and autumn as the hotel doesn’t activate the air conditioning until mid-May. The room is hot during the day and the air is always stagnant. The phone also didn’t work in our room. On the plus side the breakfast is quite good and the staff friendly.

I love this network, because in any city/ country you always know what will be in the room, thanks for the universal quality standard! Nice hotel, good location. A taxi arrives here quickly, it is convenient to get to different points of the city, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the metro. Normal breakfasts. There have always been aport apples! Very friendly staff at the reception, always ready to help. I was pleased with our Ozone Travel - the hotel was booked through it and the payment was made by card from Russia - everything is clear! I didn't really like the fact that in our "superior" room you can't open the window to ventilate, the air conditioner is always on, either for heating or cooling. I also didn't like the fact that with pre-paid accommodation for 2+1 (child 9 years old), an extra bed was not prepared, towels were only for 2 people, so I had to ask for children's bed linen and 1 more bath towel separately.

Very cozy, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Clean, not killed, everything you need to eat, delicious and hearty breakfasts. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants in the area, currency exchanges, a good tasty teahouse across the street, good Wi-Fi. The transfer is really expensive, it is better to order through Yandex.Go. It takes an hour + to get to the airport with traffic jams, 30-40 minutes without traffic jams. The hotel is suitable for business travelers and tourists, the price tag is above average, but worth the money. I recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. We have only positive impressions. From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly staff at the reception, who quickly arranged the check-in and told us about all the amenities of the hotel. The room turned out to be very comfortable and clean, with a modern design and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom and a beautiful view from the window (to the mountains). The breakfasts were different and delicious every day.With a large selection of dishes. The hotel is conveniently located. We used Yandex.Taxi, and it arrived in just 2-3 minutes. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Kazakhstan. We will definitely come back here again!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for four nights with our family. We were very satisfied! People of different nationalities live in the hotel. The children were interested in watching this, and they even had a desire to learn foreign languages. The breakfasts here are delicious, varied and satisfying, with a new menu every day. The children always ate their fill. I asked them to pack some food for the children with me, and the staff was happy to meet me and brought neatly packed boxes and bags. It was very pleasant! I would also like to mention the polite, friendly staff and clean bed linen. I think our family is really lucky that we chose this particular hotel for our summer holidays in Almaty. I recommend it!

A wonderful hotel, but not cheap. Everything is very clean, a very comfortable large bed with four pillows for two guests. A huge blanket that you don't have to fight for. There wasn't much choice for breakfast, but it was delicious! One day there were small round omelets, the other days there were scrambled eggs. Very tasty chicken with mushrooms and delicious coffee from the coffee machine. There were also desserts, nuggets, beans in tomato paste, sausages. Every day there is a different porridge and different soups and fruits, yogurts. There are a couple of drawbacks, there is not enough hood in the toilet and there is not enough locker with shelves where you can put things. But the cool thing is that there is an iron and ironing board in the room.

Breakfast is medium, 1 type of porridge, yogurt, fruits, 2 types of vegetables, cheeses, cuts, sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, etc. You can always find something to eat. The sound insulation in the rooms is excellent. You can get some sleep. Of the cons: There is a huge problem with ventilation. In winter, the system works only for heating in any mode. There is no ventilation in the rooms, the windows do not open. The stuffiness is incredible, without the ability to ventilate. The lack of a small refrigerator in the room complicates the stay.

The hotel is good for this money! The rooms are comfortable. Staff tries to solve any issue, to understand, listen and solve. In some places, it would not hurt to change the carpet. The location is excellent. The view of the mountains is gorgeous, near banks, shopping center within walking distance. The breakfasts are delicious and varied every day. There is an order with cleanliness and cleaning, but as I said before, I would like to change the carpets in some places. There are connecting rooms if you are traveling with a family, but the hotel is not intended for children. What I would like to add))) - Instead of a roof terrace, we could make a swimming pool, even if it's not a big one, considering that 90-100 days of sizzling heat in the city, after a day of traveling, meetings and negotiations, it would be nice to cool off and soak in the pool. The reception is very convenient, there are separate counters, the girls are beautiful and very competent. True, one day there was a very strange guy at the front desk, but with a hotel badge on his chest, and it was obvious from him that he was taking the price tags for hotel services out of his head. I recommend rooms in the top ten on each floor and even ones)) above the 6th floor, the windows overlook the city from the magnificent mountains, you will be delighted

Excellent hotel, practically new. The location is very convenient: near the Forum shopping center, grocery stores, an exchange office, a Kishlak restaurant and others. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The only problem was at breakfast (there are no questions about the menu, the coffee is natural and all the other dishes are very good for my taste, there is European cuisine and Kazakh cuisine) the room is not very large and there were a lot of people at 7-00 for a couple of days, there was a queue. Otherwise, it's not a bad hotel for the money.

A great hotel with a good location. 10 min walk to new Square (Republic Square), Abaya street, from where you can go anywhere in the city, many cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself offers good service, and the breakfasts are delicious. There are conference rooms, and importantly for this area, parking for 10-12 cars. And next to the exit of the hotel, one of the oldest attractions is the Vernenskaya Observatory.

There is a kettle and tea, they replenish the water daily. Good location - there is little choice of food for breakfast, we were during some kind of conference with full occupancy-there were not enough tables or food (sausages, eggs, etc.) during rush hour. There is no gym. There is no refrigerator in the room (there was a check-in for 5 days, it is already felt).

If you need to get through to the reception after 23:00, most likely you will not succeed, you tried on different days, at different evening times, no one answers. The rooms are quite small, but cozy, there is no closet, refrigerator, but special thanks for the iron and ironing board. It seems like a good restaurant at the hotel, we had lunch once - it's normal.

I was pleased with the view of the mountains, delicious breakfasts, about half an hour on foot to the cable car on Koktobe. One of the disadvantages: a very cramped room, two suitcases were laid out and they practically occupied the entire space. There is no refrigerator in the room. The view of the mountains was slightly marred by unwashed windows. The location is not the most convenient, Seifullin Avenue is regularly in traffic jams, plus taxi drivers by default do not understand very well where they need to drive up, they had to call and explain every other time.

Nice hotel, neat, modern rooms. There is a shopping mall nearby. The beds are comfortable, there is a kettle + tea/coffee in the room, slippers on request, a board and an iron, drinking water every day. The breakfasts are average, you can choose something, you can have a snack, the coffee is tasteless. There are no closets in the rooms, there is nowhere to dry the linen, it was very inconvenient, there is nowhere even to put the minimum things out of the suitcase.

In August, we were in Astana at a hotel of this chain, everything was wonderful, so we decided to choose the same hotel in Almaty. But it doesn't match closely. It was very cold in room 601, no more than 15 degrees, at that time there was no frost outside. With the help of a hood and an oil radiator, it was possible to warm up the room only after a day. The room is dusty, apparently there have been no guests in it for a long time. The towels are washed, small. Cosmetics are a disgrace, dispensers from under pressure are filled with cheap detergent that makes everything itch. The breakfasts are very meager. The coffee is terrible.
