We often stop by with our small family (5 people) have a quick snack and, of course, take some spicy wings home with you. Therefore, we always take the order "with us". If hungry, we eat some of the food on the spot, and take the rest home. The receipt is always from 100 rubles. I am used to the fact that in all KFC there may be "forgotten" positions when issuing (a large number of people, I understand). But in this place ....
13.12.24 there are three orders, one with you (large) and two on the spot. The waiting time for a large order was 40 minutes (there were 10 people in the cafe, that is, they were not loaded). There was no second coffee when the order was placed "with you". And they proved to me that I had one coffee in my order (no, two. Everything is indicated in the receipt). + 5-7 minutes to wait....
Well, the cherry on the cake....... There was practically no meat in 3 of the 4 chickenburgers, that is, the bun and the remains of the breading, unfortunately, were already tired and did not think to take a picture of this mess. The wife took all 4 burgers to the checkout and asked the staff: is there more meat because the order is "with you"? It's like counting on the fact that no one will come back with a claim. The answer was straightforward: "Well, yes, it is."
That is, on an average check of 100 + rubles, the staff is specifically trying to "save" +-100 grams of chicken fillet. It's a shame!!!

We were at KFC on Sputnik an hour ago. We went there on purpose, since there are eternal problems on the module, then something is missing, then sauces will not be reported, then something else. But the Satellite surprised me even more. We ordered takeaway food (order number 484), there were a lot of people, we waited and unfortunately we didn't check on the spot. It turned out that the potatoes were not put in a rustic way, there was a cucumber added to all the cheeseburgers and paid extra! They didn't put it either, but they put onions that no child would eat... In total, we gave 6.70 to the KFS. From now on, we will demand to disassemble our order and assemble it in front of us, and let a huge queue wait. There is no trust in employees!
