It's an ugly hotel, I don't recommend staying here. Firstly, the staff is rude, communicating with you, distracted by tea and watching football. Check-in condition: you give them ALL the passports, they are given away upon EVICTION. They offer to change their currency at an unfavorable exchange rate (I said that I would not give back my passport, because I would go to the city). The rooms are old, the bathroom door opens halfway, and then hits the toilet tank. There is blackness at the joints of the tiles, and rust on the tub. The bathtub (for some reason) was all taped up. The buttons in the air conditioner control unit have fallen out. We lived in both suites and economy rooms (we were resettled during one trip). There's nothing to eat for breakfast. Instant coffee is tasteless, the "juice" is highly watery, the cheapest tortillas, sour cheese, small spicy sausages, cucumbers and tomatoes. Some kind of jam. So 5 days. Pros: the metro is nearby, the old town is within walking distance, there are grocery stores, good comfortable beds. I do not advise you to stop here, spoil your rest.

The average hotel is located in the old district of the city, next to the Union metro station. There are many large and small shops, a gold and spice market within walking distance. Breakfast is average, without a large quantity and assortment. The elevator often breaks down and at night it is very noisy because of the Pakistani disco in a nearby hotel, also overhead is often the noise from the take-off of planes.

The average hotel is located in the center of Dubai city within walking distance from the metro station, you can easily and quickly walk to the bus stop to get to the beach. There are many local cafes and eateries around, as well as a large number of large and small shops.
