Nice hotel. I liked everything!
They were in the fall of 2022.
Convenient location at the very beginning of The Walk street.
The beach is within walking distance. Beach towels are provided by the pool.

This beach is definitely worth a visit if you come to Dubai. It is large, well-maintained, has everything you need to sunbathe well. And in the evening it is a crowded promenade. You can also get some fresh air on the sand or have a delicious snack in one of the countless restaurants.

It's a great place. The tram stop is 50 meters away. To the beach, about 200 meters. There are at least 3 supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants within a radius of 200-300 meters. The room is cleaned every day. Replacement of towels, replenishment of soap, shampoos and drinking water. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

Varied breakfast, location in the center of Dubai Marina, shops, promenade nearby
Service for 4 - not all requests were promptly responded to.
The rooms are cool, clean, new, with a gorgeous view of the embankment and the wheel. We took a family room with a panoramic view.

We come to this hotel as a family for the second time, the hotel is not new, but the room stock is in excellent condition, all rooms have sea views, almost the first line (through the aboveground crossing, you get to the promenade and the beach).
Good breakfasts: porridges, fried eggs, omelets, sausage pancakes, bacon, fruits, herbs, vegetables, cheeses, salted fish, nuts, dried fruits, muesli, pastries, waffles, pancakes, toppings. Fresh juices.
The dinners are also good, once you can change it for brunch, it's gorgeous.
The pool is open from 8 to 20.00
Spa 2 saunas (Finnish and hammam), Jacuzzi by time, men in the morning, women from 15 and vice versa.
Sports hall.
The location of the hotel is super, on the one hand the sea and a bulk island with a Ferris wheel, on the other the Marina promenade shopping center, pharmacies across the street and a supermarket.

There are pros and cons. The food is delicious and varied, but there are traffic jams of people and long queues during rush hours, for lunch, breakfast. The staff was friendly only for the first 2 days, then the service fell off. The room is cleaned well, but they will not take away the towels if you do not put them on the floor, because of the language barrier, it was also not immediately found out. The Russian-speaking staff are not friendly and arrogant, especially the woman at the reception, and the man picked up a room with a great view, thank you for that. A good Italian restaurant, the portions are huge, everything is very tasty, the best waiter is Offended. In the Japanese restaurant opposite, the portions are small, but everything is delicious too. Atif is very nice, cleans well, is always friendly and attentive. A good gym with new exercise equipment, but there was not enough gravitron. We were caught in two days of heavy rain, there was even an emergency warning on the phone from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the floor with restaurants was flooded, everything was in water and towels. Overall, the impressions are positive.

The hotel has closed our needs 100%. Rested in June 2023. The beach is within walking distance, swimming pools for children and adults, a good, varied 3 meals a day (we had FB), a great view from the window to the EYE of Dubai, a cool area from the embankment!!!we will definitely come again!

Excellent location - walking distance to the beach, walking street, cafes and shops. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff, tour agent, car rental,transfer service. Everyone is friendly. There were 9 days and during this time I got tired of the monotonous breakfast (the choice of dishes is not bad, but every day is a repeat).

The food is great, especially the breakfast and buffet. In restaurants for an amateur.... Cleanliness is on top. The pool is nice. There are always towels. The rooms have everything, they are cleaned every day. Excellent ventilation (thermostat). Very helpful and friendly staff. There is no beach of its own. WiFi is good.

Convenient location 5 minutes from the sea and delicious cuisine. Nice view from the balcony. In the evening, it can be noisy because of the traffic jam of the sports cars standing below. There is a nice pub on the ground floor. The Marina is a 15-minute walk away.

I liked everything. The staff is friendly. Clean and cozy rooms. From the room we had a view of the Eye of Dubai 😻 Delicious in the cafe. The only thing is that air conditioners are turned on very strongly, in rooms like in a refrigerator. Nice clean hotel. The rooms are cleaned well, the refrigerator is empty until you order. The adult pool is too small, the very center + is the first line to the beach. 10 minutes on foot . The view from the balcony is super, it's not a problem to catch a taxi. The food is standard, without any special frills, in places somewhere over the top of the island. The staff is smiling only at the entrance to the main restaurant. The pool bar was not impressed at all, the bartenders with a haughty look make it clear that they are not happy with you and pretend that they are very busy, although there is not even a queue, maximum two people. And they constantly ask for the room number ( there are no bracelets and we have everything turned on, as it were ) as it turns out, not all drinks are included in this "all inclusive" keep in mind.
