This is the best flower shop!And what an amazing hostess there is.There are always fresh flowers and a large selection.Bouquets are collected with taste.It's also hard work to put imagination and love into each bouquet so that the buyer is satisfied.And what nice prices, which is also not a little important.In the cold season, the flowers are packed so that they can be brought in proper shape.Delivery is always on time.In general, I don't understand negative reviews, because often people are looking for something to complain about.I wish you prosperity and more grateful customers.

I ordered a bouquet of tulips with delivery. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Firstly, the delivery arrived later than the stated time. Secondly, the flowers turned out to be stale — the tulips are already very open, which is clearly visible in the photo. This is not normal for a fresh bouquet. Also, the packaging is made carelessly, and in general the bouquet looks much worse than the bouquets that the store shows in the current stories on Instagram. Expectation and reality are very different. After receiving the order, I wrote to the store with this problem, but I did not receive a response. Messages are ignored, the phone is not picked up either, while new stories continue to be published. The cost of the bouquet is 113 rubles, and for that kind of money I would like to get high—quality fresh flowers and normal service.

I didn't order the first bouquet in the store, I took it to my mother for the doctor, they packed it on the spot as I wanted, they offered me a choice of packaging, right down to the choice of ribbons, it's just beautiful)
