I've loved burgers at BBQ for a very long time and I've always been happy to come to you. Today I visited the Samarqand Darvoza shopping center branch for the first time. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service. I want to clarify right away — this is not about all employees, but specifically about the girl at the checkout. The communication was rude and incorrect. I received harsh answers to any questions in the format "There is no such thing!" — without trying to offer an alternative or help with the choice in any way. When I handed over the card for payment, I was rudely answered: "Humo does not work!" — without explanation, with a displeased expression on my face. To be honest, it was unpleasant. I came in a good mood and wanted to eat my favorite burgers, but because of this attitude, I decided to cancel the order. I hope you will pay attention to the quality of service in this branch!

Everything is cool, we ordered burgers and a set for fasting. Burgers 5+ but the set for fasting slightly does not meet expectations (there is very little meat, but a lot is indicated in the photo). In general, we sat with colleagues and did not regret choosing this place, thanks to the staff for their work. There are suggestions: Give customers a wi-fi password, it will be a good advantage.
