Justifiably famous for their slow cooked Tandyr lamb. Even my taxi driver knew what they're famous for. No English menu but one of the staff speaks very good English and was able to give me recommendation on the perfect amount of meat to order for one person. Worth the short ride outside town, but you might have to wait a while to find a ride on your way back.

They are specialized on meat. Tandoori meat, fried meat Vaguri, and different kebabs (shashlik) from lamb meat fillet, ribs, minced meat. I recommend fillet and ribs. Great value for money.

Several locals recommended this place to us, so we planned it for lunch, just before visiting Chor Bakr. We tried tandoor mutton and lamb ribs. The ribs were sooo delicious! There are several halls in the cafe, we chose an outdoor terrace. Payment is made not to the waiters, but at the cashier, where you name the room and the table number. We took half a portion of tandoor mutton, a portion of ribs, vegetables, flatbread, tea and paid about 2.5 thousand for everything. And very full!

We definitely recommend it Like many tourists, they visited here on the recommendation of locals when they bought nuts at the market. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The place is unpopular with tourists, but locals eat and relax here, which means it's delicious, satisfying, and first-class. Tandoor mutton meat can be eaten with your lips. I assure you, you haven't eaten anything like that. All the prejudices about mutton, if you had any, will disappear in a moment. The whole family ate, and so did the children. The portions are huge, the staff is fast and courteous, the quality of the dishes is excellent, the prices are reasonable.

We came here after the recommendation. Especially for the super tender lamb meat, it is specially marinated and cooked in tandoor. It's a little salty for my taste, but it's still very tasty. I ate too much and still couldn't stop. In addition to this meat, there are several types of kebabs, a lot of salads, even okroshka (although here it is without meat and sausage, rather a liquid salad). The portions are large, the tortillas are great, and we ate heartily.

The meat is really very tender and delicious, it's worth visiting this place. The waiter brings 2 salads, green tea and a flatbread without an order, in other reviews they wrote that you can refuse, but we didn't, because that's exactly what we wanted to order (some kind of shock, you just thought, and they already brought it to you))). Meat is above all praise. I've never eaten such mutton as there. The lamb from the tandoor just melted in my mouth. The lamb loin kebab is juicy and incredibly delicious. It should be borne in mind that this is an ordinary dining room where locals eat and the interior is appropriate, but there is a VIP room where it is quite beautiful and cozy, a separate waiter who speaks Russian well serves this room, will tell you everything in detail about the dishes and recommend, even the nuances of local traditions told. You will immediately receive two dishes without ordering, a salad of vegetables and something else that looks like a very thick yogurt with herbs. You can safely refuse this and the salads will be taken away, but it was interesting for us to try and it was delicious. The bill was more than pleasant. For four adults, together with a tip of 450,000 soums, this is 3200 rubles. I recommend visiting this place.

Popular with local cafes. We recommended going there for tandir gusht (mutton in tandoor). The reality did not exceed expectations. We also took lamb on the bone and lula, normally, but like everywhere else. It's not worth a trip out of town. You can eat delicious food in Bukhara itself.

The locals strongly recommended this place to us. We were somewhat surprised by its location - a cafe outside the city, I think it's 18 km by taxi from the center. The complex is located next to the road, and if you look from the outside, there is nothing special. But, that's if you don't eat there! People go there to try Uzbek cuisine and traditional meat dishes. What's there to try- to overeat! In general, if you are hungry and want meat in different variations - here you are!

The restaurant was recommended to us by the locals as the best place where meat is cooked. I am writing this review after tasting all the selected dishes. Delight!!! The tenderest tandoor meat and three types of kebabs exceeded all expectations. Very tasty! The waiters correctly advised the choice and size of portions, the portions are very large, do not rush to take a lot, you want to try everything, but. Very fast service, national music, pleasant shade on the outdoor terrace. In general, it's really 5+. I recommend it to all meat lovers.

Yesterday, 09/18/25. after reading the laudatory reviews, I went to that cafe. It is a cafe, not a restaurant, as some people write. The lamb kebab is not bad, but I would not say "wow!". We stopped by this cafe on the way and never regretted it! Firstly, the portions are such that after the soup ** chorba** you can safely go on a mountain hike – there is enough energy for a week. 😄 The food is delicious, flavorful and clearly prepared with a soul. The barbecue was so tender that it seems the lamb voluntarily agreed to become our dinner (a joke, of course). And the tortillas are simply magical: warm, crunchy and so big that you can use them to cover yourself from the sun like an umbrella. The service is fast, the staff is friendly. The only negative is that after such a meal in the car, I had to drive with the windows ajar, otherwise there is a risk of peacefully falling asleep to the rumbling of my own stomach. If you will be in these parts, be sure to come! **Chorbakr** will not disappoint. 👍 P.S. I advise you to try **lagman ** – after it, even road potholes seem like a pleasant massage. 😆

The best restaurant in Uzbekistan in terms of meat preparation! Tandoor mutton is something! The kebabs are amazing. A place on the outskirts of the city for locals, tourists don't come here often, you won't find a restaurant just like that, only on recommendations from local residents. Rumor has it that this is the best place to try tandoor kabob. We decided to go there. They called and booked a table. We have arrived, there are no places. Not much is not pleasant, I had to wait 15-20 minutes. The staff behaves quite strangely, the service is of course in its infancy. The food is generally not bad. The meat is good. We learned about this place on our first trip to Bukhara in 2022 and were delighted, returned again in 2024 💓 Tender and juicy tandoor and barbecue are beyond praise! The dinner in the photo cost 2500₽ 🔥 It was nice to see the familiar staff and thank you for your help in arranging a taxi back to the old town!
