I ordered 2 Decontamination solutions from this store. I usually always picked it up by pickup, but there was no time to get to the store directly. I picked up the parcel from the post office, although the weight was already slightly less than when the goods were sent to me, i.e. something had already been spilled there. While I was carrying it home, the solution inside was already pouring out in earnest. Somehow I got it across. Upon opening the house, it was found that one bottle had leaked out by half, due to a poorly screwed lid. I wrote to the store about my complaint about the poor packaging. We agreed with the girl from this store that they would bring me a whole bottle of the solution before 1 p.m. on the appointed date. In the end, no one arrived, although they assured me that the courier would arrive in 30 minutes. I consider this attitude unacceptable for such shoals. I will not contact this store anymore.

Unfortunately, a visit to this store left an unpleasant impression. The seller was frankly uninterested in the service, answered uncertainly, and did not understand the equipment he was selling. The atmosphere is inhospitable, there is a minimum of help. It is especially unpleasant that there may be defective products among the assortment, which, given the prices, is absolutely unacceptable. I expected a much more professional approach. I hope the management will review the standards of service and quality control.

The store is in Titan. Terrible savings on lighting, but the seller says that she serves 700 people a day. With such a turnover, and even if "we don't work with low-budget paint", it would be possible to spend money on decent lighting. In the receipt, everything is stamped position 1, that is, the paint and activator are in the same amount. The site indicates that installment cards are valid, and there are no corresponding signs in the stores. I don't think I'll come here anymore. But at the Rakovsky market, the store was with normal lighting, and the sellers were not storytellers.
