The very next day, they called, told me what was going on, offered solutions, and announced the cost. A couple of days later, they called and everything was done. Excellent service! The laptop was blunt, heated, hummed, and then stopped turning on altogether. I brought it to the guys, they diagnosed everything, took it away. The next day, they called, told me about the problem, and agreed on repairs. They gave us a guarantee and told us how to use it correctly.
