I love this fast food chain, I often visit it while walking, I was in this particular place for the first time. The presence of a restroom is very encouraging. But the order was disappointing. The sauce is like a tablespoon plopped into the center of the pita bread: the shawarma itself is all dry, and from the middle the sauce began to fall out from the edges along with the filling. In general, the whole shawarma was poorly packaged, not harmoniously. First I ate pita bread with mayonnaise, then cabbage, and there was meat on the bottom (which I would also like to see more of). We took 3 shawarma in total, the above applies to the entire order. Previously, I was always satisfied and recommended everything, but this branch ruined the impression.

The service is fast, even during rush hour. The staff is smiling, always ready to advise or add more of your favorite ingredient. Cleanliness is at a high level: it is clear that the tables are wiped regularly, and the chefs work with gloves. It is possible to order food with you through the app — convenient if you are in a hurry.

Please pay attention to the owners of the business, you have three shawarma done per hour, so you will not earn, but only get bad reviews. I can't advise anything, it's everyone's business, but something needs to be done with the staff, change the concept, this is not a Michelin restaurant, this is a shawarma, it should not be done even for 20 minutes if the customer opened the doors and was allowed to place an order.
