I really liked this place! The food is fresh and delicious, the serving is beautiful. The staff is polite and attentive, the service is at a high level. To be honest, I would not like to be picky and spoil such a beautiful average score. But yesterday, a friend and I stopped by 4 hours before closing time. I've been to a lot of places, seen a lot of things, and felt different service, but I haven't seen such inattention and, I would even say, lack of interest in guests for a long time. I understand that people get tired, and I myself worked in the service sector for 12 hours, but guys, it shouldn't be like this. Waiting and even looking for a waiter at 50% boarding for 10 minutes is a lot. The instruments had to be begged. Well, that's just not OK. The food is not bad.

We were looking for a place to have dinner after an afternoon walk and decided to visit this place. They met me at the entrance, escorted me to an empty table, and brought me a menu. There is a selection of food for every taste, as well as a bar and wine list. The food and drinks are very tasty, we enjoyed everything. The prices are lower than in Moscow, and the quality of the dishes is excellent. And we were on Saturday, and the DJ came by 20:00 and played some very cool tracks. We recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place!

One of my favorite places in the city!!! In the evening, pleasant music from the coolest DJ Zeman! The cuisine is incredibly delicious! The bar is gorgeous! Yes, there are fumes at the waiters, they forgot something, they didn't report something, but they always try to fix everything quickly. The receipt is average. As a result, our orders were mixed up: I ordered chicken with potatoes, and they brought chicken with pieces of bread, but not with potatoes. Secondly: as you can see in the photo, the appliances are dirty. Thirdly: we ordered a salad with the main meal, but they didn't bring it, they forgot. They reminded me at the end, and the waiter apologized. Unfortunately, this kind of service is very common in Tashkent.

My family and I recently visited this institution, which I can say is that the kitchen is at the highest level, the service is at 4, since there were a lot of guests that day and they were a little sewn up, but by and large they did well! The setting and the concept of the establishment is a solid 5 out of 5! But……… At the end of the evening, the administrator Pavel was very upset with his lack of professionalism and inability to communicate and resolve certain controversial issues with the guests! A great lounge bar. It seems that there is not much of this in Tashkent at all. And the cocktails are normal (it looks like the guys pour alcohol as it should be), and the cuisine is very decent, the wines are not bad - Georgia and local, but it seems they should expand the map. We haven't tried hookahs yet. Oh, and aesthetics are on the level, without flirting with oriental motifs.

I absolutely do not recommend this place — the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. Previously, the Bridge was one of our favorite places. Every time we went to this area, we invariably chose it for visits, especially considering its convenient location next to our friends' office. We spent time here late almost every day while traveling, and we were always satisfied, especially with the quality of service, which was previously very responsive and attentive. However, our last visit was disappointing. The service has deteriorated significantly. We went up to the second floor, as my friend prefers to be in a more private area, where there are no windows, and from the outside you can't see what is happening. However, on the second floor we faced a serious problem — intense laser light, which was literally blinding. The laser crossed the space, passing from one corner to another, creating discomfort for those who were in its area of action. I asked the waiter to turn off the laser, or at least redirect it so that it would not interfere with the customers. However, I was refused — the waiter said that it was impossible, and offered to move to the first floor. We explained that it was inconvenient for my friend, but the reaction remained the same. This attitude and the situation with the laser caused us confusion and disappointment. The question arises: why do we need such a bright laser in a bar at all? This is not a club, and the laser clearly does not contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. Even in a club setting, this element would look unnecessarily aggressive. As a result, our impression of the institution has deteriorated greatly. I would like to mention the waiter who served us that day (at about 19:00). He was a young man with curly hair, and his behavior left a feeling of rudeness. However, the main claim most likely relates to the administration or the owners, who decided to install a laser, which clearly spoils the impression of the institution. Bridge, which used to evoke only positive emotions, has now disappointed us very much.
