We came to Minsk with our parents. We wanted to bring a memory in the form of a perfume from a fairly popular brand. On July 9, we came to Etib parfum in Stolitsa shopping center. The sales girl just sat on the phone for 5 minutes and didn't pay attention to us. I chose a perfume for my husband (the seller saw which one), and only when I decided to pay did she say that it was over. I had a request - sweet perfume, but not cloying. They offered all the options (floral, citrus, as sharp as possible), but not according to my request. When I asked if there was anything else, the girl looked at me like I was crazy and said there was nothing. The impression from the seller is as terrible as possible. There is no interest, no customer orientation. Although we were willing to leave a good amount of money. I will never approach this store again. And I sincerely advise you not to.

I was buying perfume and the nebulizer stopped working in one of the fragrances , I wanted to write a negative review . I came to Stolitsa shopping center and the consultant girl was able to smooth out this trouble and kindly replaced the sprayer, she turned out to be very pleasant in communication) Now I continue to use the same fragrance. I won't be able to take off the stars anymore , because the problem was solved very quickly.
