She has disgusting behavior towards visitors: absolute lack of customer orientation, indifference to customers, no help with the choice and a boorish attitude. Please do something with your employee, as the attitude towards the customer who was standing in line behind me was identical. The product is good, but the behavior of the staff completely kills the desire to buy in this store.

I was buying perfume and the nebulizer stopped working in one of the fragrances , I wanted to write a negative review . I came to Stolitsa shopping center and the consultant girl was able to smooth out this trouble and kindly replaced the sprayer, she turned out to be very pleasant in communication) Now I continue to use the same fragrance. I won't be able to take off the stars anymore , because the problem was solved very quickly.

I usually buy at another point, but today I was near this point and decided to go buy. As a result: I come to the point, the seller is talking on the phone, asks what I wanted, I reply that I would like to choose a perfume and purchase it. She reluctantly hung up the phone. I told her my preferences in fragrance, she offered me several positions on pieces of paper that almost didn't smell anymore!!! As a result, I listened to all the flavors, somehow chose them, and all the time I felt a disapproving look in my direction. After I chose the fragrance, the girl silently folded the perfume, I paid off and left. The mood after such a service was spoiled. On the way home, I really regretted that I hadn't requested the complaint book.
