I support the previous reviews, the Radisson vip program does not work at this hotel. After a long journey , they convinced me for an hour that they could not give me a suite , in the end they agreed that on this day I would live in a premium , and tomorrow they would move to a suite , but tomorrow they refused to relocate .
I have a tariff with dinners and it was not a pleasant embarrassment, according to the hotel system, breakfast is valid only for the first day , and for 2.3 days - you need to pay the full cost - another hour of hassle , they gave the price for dinner as when booking .
They gave us a lounge, tea and coffee are included there, there are happy hours, I regret the discount on alcoholic beverages and cocktails.
The hotel is generally normal, the breakfasts are delicious, the dinners are delicious, the pool is very warm, there is a sauna and a hammam.
The beach, there is no beach in the hotel , but there is a partner beach for 40 dirhams on weekdays and 60 dirhams on weekends , you need to get there at your own expense . I didn 't use the beach , we went to a hotel to visit friends

- When checking into the hotel at the reception, the girl with perseverance and lengthy negotiations wanted to upgrade the room category only to a Representative one, although under the terms of the loyalty program, the improvement for VIP status is done to the best available room. With obvious displeasure, she gave out the key card to the Junior Suite on the 3rd floor. There is such a smell in the room that it is impossible to breathe, the windows do not open, there is a dirty stain on the carpet in the middle (as if someone was butchered right here).
+ A couple of hours later, after a walk, we asked another employee at the reception to change the room. As a result, they provided a normal Suite on the 1st floor, closer to the gym and pool👍
+ The gym in the hotel is excellent with fresh equipment from the Italian company Technojim - we were surprised.
- The club lounge is quite primitive: right in the cafe on level G from 17:00 to 19:00 they offer a very limited list of drinks and snacks.
+/- The pool is nice and clean on the 1st floor with a small number of sun loungers (about 20) opens late from 11:00 and closes at 20:00.
+ A 15-minute walk along the sand along the construction site is the largest Mall in Ajman City Centre; directly opposite the main entrance to the hotel is the rear of the shopping center, which houses several discount sports outlets. The range and prices of sneakers, for example, at the Adidas Outlet Store and at Nike, pleasantly surprised.
+ The breakfasts at the Larder restaurant on level G are very good.
- Of course, we did not see any "getting ready for bed in the suites", as stated in the description of the hotel. I had to sleep "unprepared" 😎

It looks good, it's cozy inside, but the staff is not quite as desired.Good view from the room, I didn't really like the long check-in, we tried hard to sell the VIP room

Everything is fine! The only thing is a very small swimming pool and a recreation area.

Not a bad hotel in general, there are no problems with the service. Its main pros and cons are in its location. Plus - close proximity to two shopping centers. Minus - the distance from the sea (a shuttle worked to the beach).
