We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and were 100% satisfied. The hotel is located in the center of Alanya, close to everything: shops, bars, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shopping center, bazaar, discos, promenade, port. Nearby (literally a 5-minute walk) there is a municipal beach equipped with a shower and toilet, the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth, there are no waves. There is a 15-20-minute walk to Cleopatra Beach, which is certainly beautiful and considered one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, but there are big waves all the time, it is difficult and scary to swim, and when entering the sea there are huge rocks that you can get hurt on. As for the hotel itself, we had a clean and spacious room for two, the air conditioning was working, each room has a balcony, the bed linen is clean and soft, the room was cleaned every day! Definitely the advantage of this hotel is the open terrace on the 5th floor, where there is a bar and a magnificent view, including the sea. The food was decent, there was always a choice, at least they never went hungry. And the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff: the guys are very friendly, always ready to help, prompt if you need something - we want to highlight the work of Ozgur and Kadyr separately, cool and kind guys!!! September has just begun, and we are already planning a vacation for next summer, we will not even choose hotels, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

Convenient location of the hotel. All kinds of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, 5-10 minutes walk to the port, if you like to hang out, then there is a bar street nearby and a couple of clubs. My walk is 10 minutes to Cleopatra beach and very close to the city beach. At the same time, the street is quiet, there is no noise at night. Now about the hotel itself: the decoration of the hotel is its staff))) starting from the reception and ending with the restaurant upstairs. The view from the terrace is just great, especially in the evening, you're getting high, these lights are just mesmerizing)).Special thanks to the guys at the restaurant for their kindness and positivity, Özgür,Duran çok teşekkür ederim 😁❤ The food is of course simple, as in principle in all three-star dishes, but the chefs are clearly trying)). We watched what was running out and tried to replenish it.You won't stay hungry. the bar has wine and beer as usual, and sooooo delicious cola))Hello to the bartender))there are no problems with cleaning, towels will be changed, paper will be brought. Again, do not expect snow-white towels and linen, do not confuse the five and three))If you need another blanket, they'll bring it too.They say that the audibility is good, but it didn't affect me at all. We have been visiting since October 23 (two adults and one child 4 years old) Location: city center. Near the port, many shops, a bazaar. It is literally 10 minutes to the beach at the red tower, 20-25 minutes to Cleopatra beach and about 20-25 minutes to the beach at the Pasha restaurant. The fish market is about 30-35 minutes away. Rooms: clean, well furnished. The bathroom is also quite good. Everything is working. Room cleaning is daily. The audibility in the room is, of course, awesome. I can hear chairs being moved in the dining room on the 5th floor (we are on the third floor). Nutrition: quite varied. There are desserts, fruits, fish, meat, and 2-3 side dishes for lunch. Also, they cook on the grill. Several types of coffee from the vending machine, tea, a vending machine with four types of juices (concentrate), a cooler with water. Staff: we were checked in immediately upon arrival. Everyone is polite. Yes, they don't know Russian, but it didn't become an obstacle for us personally. As they say, no one is worth or expecting any tips. Do I recommend this hotel? Yes! But keep in mind, the variety of food for a child is scarce..

We had a rest on October 14-23, 2025. Although the negative reviews scared us, we decided to take a chance. We have never regretted it. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, fresh renovation. I say right away, yes, this is not the Turkey that Russian tourists are used to. There is no territory, a huge buffet, etc. An ordinary, small city hotel. But the location is a fairy tale. The beautiful Cleopatra Beach or Damlatash is a 10-minute walk away. Be sure to take a mask, there are so many beautiful fish. Nearby there are large bazaars, a red tower, a shipyard, a marina with ships, a lighthouse. Literally everything that is offered in ordinary hotels as excursions is here, just your weekdays, evening walk, etc. Don't waste your time on the city beach, yes it's closer, but Cleopatra is wonderful. Many complain about the food. But to be honest, we are adaptive people, we always found something delicious. There's something new on the grill every night. There was fish, meat, even mutton. Which is worth only one view in the restaurant. All in all, a lovely hotel, highly recommended. We have never regretted it, the entire infrastructure is nearby.

Good afternoon, dear readers of reviews. We were looking for a special hotel in the center of Alanya. You understand that there are no 5+ hotels in the center))). This hotel is ideally located in the center and close to Cleopatra Beach (15 minutes walk). We were a complete family of 2 adults and two 10-year-old children. The room is small, the children have a bunk bed, clean, there is always water, air conditioning, mini fridge. We are not coming to Alanya to sit in a room. Yes, regarding nutrition, we did not expect it ourselves - no worse than 4+ (the diet is different - fish, meat, etc.) Many parents know how difficult it is to feed children, so feed them here). The hotel has its drawbacks - out of 100% of the staff, only 1 spoke Russian, but the rest speak English well. There were many tourists from Poland and Germany, but there were more Russians with children. Another disadvantage is that there is a mosque nearby, since the country is very religious, no one canceled prayers (morning, lunch, evening). In the morning it was at 05:00 - but for us it was like an alarm clock for waking up, we went to the morning sea, then to the shower and immediately for breakfast (as they say, we need to look for advantages in everything). Your vacation always depends on you and your budget! If you are choosing a three-star hotel, then do not expect a presidential suite, 5 types of pasta for dinner and a view from the balcony to the sea 100 meters away. This is a very ordinary hotel with friendly staff, appropriate food and high-quality repairs. In order: – Location: the very center, where in 2 minutes there is a grocery store, pharmacy, market and everything your heart desires! Best of the best for young people! (The only negative is that loud prayers can scare the fragile psyche of people, be prepared if you are afraid of every fart) – The beach: from a fairy tale, from paradise, from a dream. Blue water, mountains, sand, and everything from bounty ads. Everything you need. – Room: we got a room with 4 beds))) a large bed + a 2-tier bed for when you quarrel. Perfect! The hotel is in no way inferior to 5 * hotels, everything is decent, the room is cozy, clean, the air conditioning cools the whole room well, there is a safe, the shower is ordinary, but it works well. The food is average, I don't like all kinds of sauces, there are a lot of them. Located in the middle of the city, it is convenient and quick to reach both the city beach and Cleopatra, 10 minutes each way. The staff is polite and friendly, helped with many issues. The hotel is amazing! The hotel has 3 stars, but my review is 5 stars! Nutrition is not the best, it tickles the stomach! The hotel is close to the beach, and close to all parties (if you are a lover of nightlife). In 5 minutes you will reach the beautiful embankment along the ships, which even caused jitters and a feeling of fear. And the sea is 10 minutes away. The hotel's contingent is the most pleasant. Starting from the waiters who turned out to be very open and ending with ordinary tourists. And my favorite chef. The meat he makes is great! As a foreigner would say, but the Russians are simply delighted. It's as if all the nationalities come together and give a single shield! And the views from the buffet... This is a separate story. Mountains, houses, clouds and a romantic atmosphere from above create an atmosphere of "paradise on earth". The rooftop bar... It used to be my dreams, but now it's reality. Forget about 3 stars, it's a formality. And just enjoy it.

We visited in August 2025. The staff does not speak Russian, only English, German, Turkish, but polite. Tips are always expected. The food is relatively normal. Half of the meal is for a very select gourmet. There are mostly Europeans in the hotel: Germans, French, Poles, Czechs, Swedes, etc. There are few Russian speakers. The rooms are normal, but: The audibility is very good The air conditioner, in our case, was blowing on us, and everyone caught a cold. Sheets with spools There is a buffet on the roof, a swimming pool and a bar. The pool is small, about 10 sq.m. There are 8 sun beds near the pool. The Europeans leave towels on them and they are almost always occupied. At least in our case. The nearest beach is urban. It's good for children - the entrance is 30 meters, but the sea and the beach are dirty. Rags and steers float. It's not pleasant. But it's a 10-minute walk away. Cleopatra Beach is 15-20 minutes away. The beach is nice, the sea is clean. Everything is expensive in the city. But there is a place to walk. It's very beautiful in the port, near the red tower. Beautiful avenue. There are many excursions (there is a funicular near Cleopatra beach). Jeep ride, boat ride, sailboat ride, diving trip. In general, this is a good 3-star hotel, as it is located in the center and there is a place to have fun. And good staff.

So, let's get started: There is no shampoo in the shower, only liquid soap next to the washbasin, and there is no glass or holder for a toothbrush and razor. There is no kettle or glasses in the room, and no bottled drinking water. Free Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, and it's slow, so you have to pay 3 euros per day for one device to get a good one. It's noisy outside, even at night, and you can't sleep with the window open. The air conditioner is a little noisy too, and it's flashing its indicator.

It's clean, but the walls are a little thin - sometimes at night you could hear a neighbor snoring behind the wall) There are no bathrobes and slippers for the guests. The hotel is located on a narrow street and traffic is also clearly audible along it. At night and early in the morning, the sound of mopeds is tiring. There are several mosques around the hotel, so screams from one of them will also be heard in the early morning through the open window, but on the 5th day of our stay we got used to it. Nearby is Ataturk Boulevard with many shops, cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, etc., a Friday market. Opposite the hotel, across the street, a little deeper, there is a small market, a good coffee shop with delicious drinks, cafes, canteens where locals eat. Cleopatra beach is within walking distance (10-15 minutes of quiet walking), a mountain with an ancient fortress, another beach, a street with night bars. In general, the location of the hotel is not bad, for mobile people who like to walk. We stayed at the hotel from May 9th to 17th. The pool is located on the roof of the hotel, through the dining room. The pool is more for children - small, about 3.5 * 2 meters, 1.2 meters deep, there were 8-9 sun beds. The food was good, and you could drink water and tea from the drinks. Chemical juices, coffee without coffee flavor.

I spent a wonderful 10 days at this hotel. There was one. There was no discomfort or any inconvenience at all. The staff is helpful. The waiters are friendly. They even asked me what to bring and what I would drink. The room was cleaned every day. No tips. The hotel is very clean. There were very few Russians in the hotel, me and a couple of families with children. I walked around the city everywhere, alone. And believe me, it's like home. The residents of the city are very friendly. I went to listen to music at the tower in the evening, walked by the port. And she went to the sea, to Cleopatra beach. And during the day, of course. In general, very fond memories of wonderful vacations and hotels. I would have come 100%. The location is excellent, there are many shops nearby. Cleopatra beach is a bit far, about more than a kilometer. But there is a beach at the tower, and also at the port. There is a choice. Of course, the view on the hotel's veranda, whether at night or during the day, is simply amazing.

We had a rest from May 12 to May 19.A wonderful city hotel for active people who go for positive emotions, walk around the city, travel to other locations and come to the hotel to swim, have a snack and relax. Excellent location in the city center. My wife slept until the morning prayer (it was something like an alarm clock) and got up without complaining about where she had arrived. Because we know that there is a mosque nearby and we have come to a Muslim country. The mosque is very beautiful, turquoise, there will be time, be sure to come. About the food. The food was good (we remind you that we are the kind of people who have a glass half full). We and the children (3 and 5 years old) always found something. Our first day fell on a fish day. We rested for two weeks. There was no more fish, only meat, but we had no complaints. My daughter told her chef grandfather for three years that he was a super chef. Everything is delicious. Meat, side dishes, soups, sometimes porridge, fresh vegetables, herbs, salads, sweets and desserts (a little, but delicious), water, juices, incomparable coffee - everything is there and no one has limited us in anything. About the Wi-Fi. Yes, it's going hard. But you read the reviews before you arrived, it's impossible to work, but check your mail, WhatsApp, send something from photos to your family and friends - no problem. We are all different and we all have different needs. Please spend 30 minutes of your precious time and read people's reviews. Our priority was location. At your fingertips are the port, Cleoparta beach, Damlatash beach, the city beach, Damlatash cave, the funicular to the fortress and the Citadel of Calais, the Red Tower, the Archaeological Museum, even the Ataturk house is not far away. Nearby there are markets, shops, restaurants, a pharmacy in the same building, shops and taxi parking (near the mosque and behind the fountain). The staff is a separate topic. From reception to cleaning, very friendly. We always helped as much as we could. Yes, we were with two children, it could be attributed to the boundless love of Turks for children. If you want to find yourself in the very center of Alanya, this hotel is quite suitable for this. And the view from the restaurant, which is located on the roof of this hotel, will not leave anyone indifferent. The food is excellent, the meat is in a different form every day! Fish once a week. The staff is not fluent in Russian, but very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain with the fortress of Calais, from it the same distance to Cleopatra beach (go right) and to the municipal beach (go left), where sun beds and umbrellas are free, and the entrance to the sea is gentle, for children it's the best. So if you're with the kids, the beach next to the port is yours. Of course, there were also disadvantages, the location itself is noisy, the sound insulation in the rooms is poor, hard beds and very, well, very tired bed linen, smoking vacationers on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, Internet and air conditioning in the room are paid, but everything is real, you can pay and use them without problems. For me, there were still much more advantages, of course, the food, the location (everything is nearby!), excellent water pressure (there is no hot water in the morning, but it is everywhere), room cleaning, staff.

We really liked absolutely everything — from the location to the little things that make your stay especially comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Alanya, and you can feel it from the first minute — close to shops, cafes, attractions, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. But at the same time, there is real peace and comfort in the hotel itself, like in an oasis! Food is a separate delight. Delicious, varied dishes were waiting for us every day, always fresh, cooked with care. Special thanks to our male chef and female chef — you are just magicians! The food was like home, only tastier 😍 The hotel has a small swimming pool, and it's a godsend on hot days. You can refresh yourself without leaving the hotel, which is especially convenient. The staff is a separate love. Such friendly, helpful and attentive people! Special thanks: the guys at the reception are always smiling, always ready to help, even when I asked questions about the documents, they promptly sent everything to me on WhatsApp, they helped me a lot! to the bartender — for a great mood, delicious drinks and sincere communication! Briefly, what awaits you: - there is air conditioning in the room, but you can turn it on only for money (for 9 nights $ 200), the air conditioner is literally locked, the photo is attached - the breakfasts are on the roof, but very simple, the view is so-so. There is nothing to eat except boiled eggs (which get boring in a week) and cucumbers, and of course French fries (which are for breakfast, lunch and dinner). If you like bread and butter from a common bowl, then you will be fine. I tried the cereal, but it was like cardboard, tasteless. There is enough food for lunch and dinner, but if the hotel is full of people, be prepared that there may not be enough food. Plus a strange schedule: breakfast from 8-10. Lunch is from 12.30-14, and dinner is from 19-20.30h . Secondly, we had an unpleasant situation. The husband was smoking a Cigar, left it in the ashtray (more than half), and the cleaner considered it garbage and threw it away. The cigar was not cheap. We went to the reception to sort things out, but the receptionists didn't even understand English, so we had to communicate through a Turkish translator. They told us that they couldn't do anything about this problem. Then we asked why our room hadn't been cleaned, towels hadn't been replaced, but they decided to throw out the ashtray with a cigar. To which the receptionist said that linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Then we asked why we didn't have anything changed when we weren't at the hotel for 4 days, because we were leaving for Cappadocia from June 2-6. To which he said that he would give it to the cleaner. But the next day, our towels were not cleaned or replaced. As a result, I did not go to breakfast and waited in the room for the cleaner, gave her towels in her hands and asked to change them. It was only then that the floors were cleaned and the bed was rebuilt. That is, in 11 days, towels and bed linen were changed once. Plus, as we wrote above, it has a very strong audibility. You can hear other people farting, going to the bathroom, and snoring. And the icing on the cake is that the transfer from the hotel picked us up before breakfast and we asked to leave the lunch box, and the receptionist immediately called the kitchen and asked. But in the morning, we were told that they had forgotten about us, or they hadn't been given anything and there was nothing. These are the impressions left from this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in late June-early July 2023. The choice for Ergun fell due to its excellent location. Nearby there are many shops and various attractions: if you walk in a straight line in one direction, you can walk to Cleopatra Beach. There is a funicular within the beach and Damlatash cave is located right there. On the other side of the hotel is the Red Tower (Kizil Kule) with its observation deck. On the third there is a clothing market, a park with cats and a second beach, the road to which takes about 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. We spoke to the hotel staff in English, because no one knew anything in Russian, but we had no problems: they always helped with various issues and were very polite. Everything was fine in the room: the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was a minibar with a small refrigerator, the beds were comfortable, the bed linen was changed every 3 days, the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom is spacious enough, there is a hairdryer. Having read in other reviews about noise insulation, we were preparing for the worst, but in the end, even with access to a noisy street, we fell asleep absolutely normally (double-glazed windows contained noise very well). In terms of food, we did not go hungry, but there was a little lack of meat (chicken was served 3 or 4 times in 9 days, the rest of the time they served mostly nuggets). Periodically there was fish (for some it may be a little too salty). Watermelon and oranges were given from fruits. For the rest: there were always different salads with dressing, side dishes like pasta and rice, soups, different types of cheeses, sausages, sauces, and other dressings. Every day, something was grilled (vegetables, bread, fish). Desserts are quite simple, but delicious (different variations of puddings and cookies). The eating area itself is divided into closed and open sections (from here there were beautiful views of the city as a whole). Among the drinks there was a cooler with water, a vending machine with coffee, tea and various "jupi". It is worth noting that you can also take soda glasses for free, like cola / fanta / sprite, but you need to ask the staff about it (there is no free access). Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby is free, but slow and catches only at the bottom. Paid Wi-Fi per person per day cost $ 3 (euros) per person, caught throughout the hotel and even from the street. Considering that this is, after all, a 3-star hotel, we liked everything in general: a calm atmosphere, no loud music, no animation, an excellent location near the beach and a bunch of attractions.
