The hotel corresponds to the PRICE and QUALITY. This is not the first time we stayed at this hotel, we were interested in living in a non-tourist area. Everything was fine with us. The most important thing is clean linen!! Upon arrival, the room was given to us clean, but no one cleaned it during the week.. the staff is FRIENDLY, there are some who speak Russian. At the time of our stay in January 2024, there were no breakfasts, and we did not need them!! After leaving the hotel and turning left, going up the street, there is a fairly large cafe in the park, we had breakfast in it! Prices 👌🏼, not like Sultan Akhmet))) who cares about the proximity of the central part of the city and the sights-you are not here!! It takes 40 minutes by tram.

Номер ужасный!!! Под кроватью много пыли, шторы порванные, постельное тоже порванное, видно что уборщица не работала от слова совсем. Единственное из плюсов это вежливые администраторы. The room is terrible!!! There is a lot of dust under the bed, the curtains are torn, the beds are also torn, it is clear that the cleaner has not worked at all by the word. The only advantage is polite managers.

The hotel is cheap , the room is 8 sq.m . There is no breakfast . The room is dirty. The score is two ! To spend the night at most , but not for long . We stopped by at 21:00 and had to leave in the morning, spent the night, apparently the room was not cleaned.
