I found a corner of Central Asia in the very heart of Batumi! Pilaf here is a real feast of taste: golden rice soaked in the aroma of spices, soft meat and sweetness of carrots. Mastava is thick, satisfying, and warming. Sorpa is a clear and rich broth that restores strength. And the dumplings... are just the most delicate, as if handmade from a caring hostess. Here, every taste is reminiscent of home and tradition. I want to come back again and again. There is Tashkent tea, and baursaks. The average check per person is 5,000 tenge or 10 USD.

A cozy cafe. 👍 Delicious manti with chopped mutton, Tashkent tea is almost original! Excellent okroshka. I recommend serving achichuk salad not just chopped tomatoes and onions, but sliced tomatoes and onions, be sure to add finely chopped hot pepper (green or red), mix and allow the customer to stand for a while before serving to infuse - the tomatoes let out the juice and the pepper gave its sharpness! Then there will be a real achik salad. 👌

Well, finally I got to your restaurant and... I was pleasantly surprised-they fed me like at home. Everything was incredibly delicious + huge portions) A cozy atmosphere, soft pleasant music and it was very warm, thanks to the heaters-we were sitting on the terrace in the evening. We were greeted, fed and conducted by Victoria, a very sweet, polite and beautiful girl with a radiant smile-a true professional in her field. Many thanks to your team, thanks to you, I felt at home. 🙏🙏🙏 I wish success and prosperity to your institution. The quality has dropped. I visited here regularly a few years ago, and they served real delicious pilaf. Today it's some kind of boiled rice with a few pieces of thinly sliced but disgustingly tough mutton stuck in my teeth. Tea is a tasteless liquid made from what feels like the cheapest green tea. How's that, Yelnur?

Terrible pilaf with mutton, rice in a bucket of oil, mutton all in veins, not a single normal piece. Pilaf with chicken is even worse, boiled chicken with veins, disgusting appearance. Lagman is just a wok with soy sauce, in any Asian cafe the wok is 100 times better. The service is zero, look for a waiter yourself to order food. The serving was long, the banal tea was carried for 20 minutes. Well, the prices are overprice, go around.

It's delicious, but it's expensive. For some reason, Uzbek women in Batumi are much more expensive than local restaurants. By the way, the cooking is somehow not familiar to ordinary Uzbeks, a little in its own way, but delicious. You can have lunch once, but it's expensive to walk more often

Excellent cafe, very nice waiters (Lina). I recommend delicious pilaf. But I would add more raisins to it, yet Uzbek pilaf has a sweet taste due to raisins. I lived for 4 months in Tashkent, I tried pilaf there, I know))) Cafe owners, make a tandoor to cook tortillas in tandoor and samsa, then you can safely put 10 out of 5. Prices are certainly not like in Tashkent, but it's a pity, average in Batumi. Pilaf + tea kettle (Tashkent)+ tortilla = 38lari. A flatbread is a small bun of 4 lari, for such money in Tashkent you can take 2 sama with chicken, I do not recommend taking it.

An institution where you can eat delicious pilaf, borscht and charlotte. And also to drink Tashkent tea. Cheap chacha and vodka. The service is fast and friendly. They cook quickly too. Toothpicks, napkins, salt and pepper are on the tables. There are some other oils. Russian-speaking hosts. Clear, soft music. Terrace. The prices are within reasonable limits. Very homey.

From Uzbek - plates and names of dishes. The price of one piece of manta is 4 Laras, a portion of 6 pieces is 24 Laras, the dough is torn, the contents are some kind of vegetable mixture, there are no claims for meat. For comparison - 1 piece of good khinkali with meat, an average of 1lar 70 tetris in good places. Pilaf is some kind of porridge with a head of garlic from which a dried stalk of 6 centimeters sticks out. The rest of the dishes are of the same quality. If you are very hungry, you can try to eat. The waitress service is excellent. The place is cramped, on the sidewalk. The prices are highly inflated. To recommend such a thing - or you have not seen anything else - or you have prepared it in some other way.
