Tom yam is also called "with shrimp and chicken", there is a lot of chicken and not very tasty, and one shrimp for the whole plate🤡 Rice is also taken for a fee, although rice is always served in restaurants with Tom yam! the menu itself and its location (qr code) are also inconvenient. The pricing policy is unclear: for such a low quality of dishes, the price is quite high (for one unheated dish with one shrimp ~ 4000, for a cutlet with a puree ~ 5000). The dishes don't cost a penny. In general, the impressions left by the institution were extremely negative, they hoped that the food would save them, but it did not help either. It was 26.07, the waiter did not introduce himself, so we do not know the name. I hope it will be more pleasant for other people to visit your institution, or I sincerely advise them not to even come close

Everything was very tasty! Bruschetta is the highest, and pumpkin soup turned out to be the best that I ate in Astana (and I tried it almost everywhere). The Kiev cutlet was crispy, and the mashed potatoes were very tender. Unfortunately, spaghetti bolognese was common. With such a price tag, they expected something better than the standard. Apart from the food, the service was very good. The staff is friendly, but our waiter forgot to bring our salad, and the serving was ill-conceived and chaotic. The dishes were brought alternately at substantial intervals, about 10 minutes, between each. But these are very small and fixable flaws. It's worth going to this restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful!

The kitchen is bad and everything else doesn't make sense anymore! Wildly salty soup (it just wasn't possible to eat it!!! The pasta is completely ordinary with semi-raw salmon. The prices are higher than in other, better establishments. In general, there is no point in showing off all these and good service and towels in the toilet if you have problems with the most Important thing! I came here myself after reading positive reviews, so I am urgently correcting this misunderstanding. I strongly do NOT recommend it!!

It was just the two of us. They welcomed me cordially, accepted my clothes. On the advice of the waiter, we ordered Louisiana ribs, snacks and tea. The ribs were brought, it turned out that one was good and tasty, and the second was a bone with white fat around, it was not visible when serving, but the cook probably knew. They called the waiter, showed him a rib with fat, he quickly took a plate with evidence and disappeared with the words: I'll pass it on. we expected him to come back and say something, for example, that the dish would be redone or at least explain himself, but no. After a couple of minutes, another one came up, I explained the situation, about the missing waiter and about the fact that it was the most expensive dish on the menu, how so. Instead of answering, the waiter asked: Would you like dessert? I asked him to find out what was with my dish, he said again: I'll pass it and disappeared. So imagine, no one came up to us, and there were more than enough staff. And from that moment on, all the staff, namely 5 waiters, the receptionist and 2 hostesses began to pretend not to notice us. We looked back in their direction, gave signs, but the staff apparently ignored us. To get the bill, we had to ask 3 employees, and it was carried for 20 minutes. The bill came out at 15 thousand by the way. A restaurant that values reputation and guests would redo the dish without question. Or offer a compliment. But here I was specifically offended by the fact that no one even came up and apologized for the ruined evening, such an attitude. The staff is trained in polite tricks, but in fact the guests do not care, no one cares about them, both at the waiter level and at the administration level.
