Norm, you can come in for a snack. Poke is really not the same as in Moscow - they cook differently. However, one moment confused me, the waiter asked me if the fish was raw in the pot or fried, I said if the fish was fresh, then raw, if he wasn't sure, then fry it. In the end, he recommended frying, but the truth is that the poke was generally delicious, even with fried fish.
