I bought a bouquet, but the flowers turned out to be stale, spots and damage are visible on the petals. In addition, when recalculating it, it turned out that there were only 15 roses in the bouquet, although I was told the price for 20 pieces of 20 thousand each. In fact, the bouquet was supposed to cost about 300 thousand, but they charged me more than 400 thousand. I consider this a deception and an absolutely unjustified price. They were packed carelessly, the paper is dirty and wrinkled, which makes the whole bouquet look unpresentable. For that kind of money, I expected a completely different quality. I don't recommend it.

As a result, I got roses that had already started to dry out, the color of the petals darkened, and where everything was really bad, they just covered it with tape. I asked for at least 3 flowers to be replaced — in response: “I'm a manager, not a florist.” The service is beyond expectations) Thank you for the "fresh" one—day bouquet of 101 roses) I am very disappointed.
