Andijan pilaf is prepared to order. Overall, it's not bad. You can order traditional achchik shurva (spicy shurpa soup) for pilaf. The booths are clean. Alcohol is not sold, but you can bring it with you. Pilaf is certainly not 100% identical to Andijan, but it is very similar. It didn't seem like enough meat. Although it is probably necessary to order more meat in proportion when ordering.
