The hotel is average, with its disadvantages (everything is written about them, the industrial zone, the lack of a promenade). That's all of the minuses. Positive. Staff. Customer-oriented, friendly, happy to help. Cleaning on time (just do not forget to put signs about changing linen and towels, minimal knowledge of English is required). Excellent restaurant at the hotel, varied and delicious menu, dishes were changed every day. Gym as a plus (used, norm). Transfer to the beach of a chain hotel - no problem, you didn't get on this bus, you'll leave on the next one. And being in an inexpensive Acacia hotel, you use all the privileges of the network (good animation, pools with slides, good-quality sun beds, a well-groomed beach). Price. Covers the disadvantages at times. The result is that I am very happy with my vacation, I recommend it.

I think it's not comfortable at all if the purpose of the visit is to relax on the beach. I rented a car and only spent the night at the hotel, so it was not critical. You need to take adapters for Eurovilli with you. at the reception, they were issued only on the third day with a deposit of 10 dirhams. The elevator did not work twice in 9 days (a fire was triggered, apparently someone smoked in the room). Views from the window - full of sadness - industrial zone. There is no balcony. Positive: The room is clean, nice, cleaned every day. The plumbing is good, the towels, the bed are clean. The food is a standard hotel buffet, the range of dishes almost does not change, but I did not go hungry. There is a private pool, tren.gym and sauna. I didn 't have time to use any of this ) but the water in the pool is warm. The reception and staff are quite responsive.

The hotel is for passive recreation, the heated pool, but is in the shade, it's cool to go out, they give a full baby by the pool. The beach, where they take you, is very good, the only thing is there are few sunbeds on the sea, but there are enough of them by the pool. The animation is cool. Heated swimming pool for children. On the day of departure, they promised to give lunch boxes, but no one gave them, and the transfer was 4 hours before departure, of course the child was hungry. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there is only a seven eleven supermarket, a Pakistani cafe across the street, and an alcohol market next to the hotel. The restaurant took breakfast and dinner, everything is delicious!

Cons: the location of the hotel in a remote industrial zone - lovers of evening walks have nowhere to go:(, the contingent of vacationers is almost 100% Russian and not the most well-off, appropriate relationships, drinking at night and all the other delights ... Tips for living: two-room rooms are better with a view of the road (our Tagil thumps by the pool at night and you won't sleep) the road is noisy, but you get used to it quickly:) Take a queue for a beach transfer in the morning before breakfast in advance, there are many people who want to. There is a free shuttle service 2 times a week to the CANCER Mall center. There is not much to do in it, but from there you can walk around the city and the surrounding shops - make an appointment in advance at the reception!

This is my first vacation experience 6 km from the beach, I didn't like it, the bus to the beach accommodates about 25 people, you can't go standing, the bus is stormed, especially the aunts and uncles over 50 are furious. I can't stand the crush, so we had to wait for the bus to come back for us, this happened during the trip there and back, well, at least I was coming back. But I concluded that for me the opportunity to visit the beach at any time is priceless. I did not lower the rating of the hotel, since this information was not hidden. All the other points: a small territory, an industrial zone - did not bother me. But there are two supermarkets and an alcohol market nearby, in which Old Moon Indian rum for 11 dirhams, for 250 rubles, they took another whiskey for the promotion of 2 liters for 30 dirhams - 650 rubles. You can't drink your own alcohol by the pool, only bought at the bar (I had half board), the price of beer is 800 rubles, it's very expensive, so they brought rum and cola in bottles from under the water, sipped it and hid it in a purse. Although it was possible to smoke, they used to smoke in the rooms (there are no balconies), because when they wanted to drink openly, they gathered in the room, they were too lazy to smoke from the seventh floor, the fire alarm was silent)). The hotel, in general, is more for those who are not so important to the sea, who just want to go on excursions, is unsuitable for recreation with children, can only be from the age of five and then there is nothing for children to do there. But there were instances with children under a year old, I will leave this without comment. Food for five - I ate meat, fish and vegetables - delicious, cleaning for five, always replenished gel, shampoo, balm, there is also body lotion, toothbrushes with paste (paste does not taste very good), a shower cap, a pair of cotton pads and sticks, a bathrobe was brought on request. I didn't come across any Russian speakers at the reception, an interpreter to help, Wi-Fi catches well at the hotel and a little worse on the beach. Don't count on the TV, there's one channel in Russian and some sectarians are broadcasting there - like Jehovah's Witnesses. There is a club for dancing, attached to the hotel on the right, but we managed to go twice, then closed because of the "crown". It was a little boring, I asked about the disco at the hotel on the beach, there is an entrance of 100dr 0_o - 2200 rubles - thank you, no need. I liked the beach, the sand, the water was about 24-25 gr, the sea was often at low tide - shallow, I swam sitting)), for seven days, only twice after lunch the sea was "full". No living creatures were seen in the water. They do water aerobics, yoga, darts, something else. We were lucky with the weather +28-30, without rain. For information, a taxi to the beach costs 12 dirhams, back 16. I didn't go on excursions and to the shops because of the virus, and, in principle, I was interested in beach holidays, so next time I will choose hotels only with walking distance, not far from the sea, for example, the same BM Beach Resort 4*, to the beach of which we were taken. For information, Acacia 3 and Beach Resort 4 are hotels of the same chain. Another important thing is that normal video and audio communication is provided only by Skype, who also had Viber, I do not have. The rest of the messengers work only in the format of text and audio messages.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, across the street across the bridge is a supermarket and a Pakistani cafe (there are dishes without spices). The location is not very good: an industrial zone, hangars, garages within a radius of 5 km. The hotel does not have a territory as such. There is nowhere to walk. A free bus takes you to the beach with a frequency of about once every half hour.

There are no small towels in the rooms, they asked for three days, but it's useless. There are no Russian TV channels in the hotel, small things disappear, a trifle, but unpleasant! Everything is fine here: the territory, the beach, the pool with a bar in it. Towels and sun beds are free of charge. There is entertainment for an additional fee. Everything is fine here. I advise you to take an excursion to Dubai, a boat trip to the Marina area. Very beautiful. I recommend taking a tour to this hotel only if there is a sooo good discount! The pool is cleaned every morning, heated. Large equipped gym. The jacuzzi is only dirty. But there is a huge disadvantage, it is the distance from the sea. If you are not going for work, namely to swim, then this option is not for you, especially with children. There is a bus from the hotel to the sea, it takes 7-11 minutes, but these crowds, queues, waiting... It's not pleasant and hard.. Or only if you take a taxi to the sea and back, 12 dirhams in one direction. Walking to the sea is very far from the hotel, 40 minutes for sure. Do not believe if the description of the hotel says that the sea is within walking distance, it is not so.
