Very bad memories from this hotel. We were given fruit in the room, which had mold on it. The room was broken into several times by employees who did not even consider it necessary to knock on the door. The view from the window is also not very good. The breakfasts are meager, too, we are not sure how fresh they are at all, because the smell of cheese was absolutely disgusting. The only plus is the location. Close to the metro and generally located in the center. I do not recommend this hotel.

There are no problems with cleaning, just put a sign on the handle ... breakfasts are quite diverse, muesli, fruits, cheeses, sausages (the latter are not very good), omelets (also so-so), various cutlets, buns, porridges, yoghurts, not to die of hunger. The staff decides which question not to address. Water in the room according to schedule, everything works, air conditioning, hair dryer 👌🏻 the hotel is suitable 🤓 there is a transfer to the beach 😌 to Burj Khalifa one metro station is convenient.

Very cool about spruce for 3 stars. Very decent, smiling and kind staff, always help and prompt even if you don't know the language perfectly.
There is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception Anna, who also helped and suggested along the route and locations.

The staff is polite, the hotel is far from the beach, but near the metro, there are no mini markets and interesting shops nearby, only minimarkets, clean the room every day, and change towels, but it's not possible to wait for the delivery to the beach at all, even at 5 a.m. get up, I had to take a taxi, and this is 400-700 rubles a day one way, the price depends on traffic jams. The food is the same every day, but satisfying)) we liked Dubai for this hotel, it's not the most important thing))

Prices are above average. Stuffy and damp in the rooms. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room, which does not fade. The location is quite convenient, the center. Minuses. A clogged sink, fungus in the shower, greed with towels. The noise of kondei. The remains of glass on the carpet (noticed when leaving, did not cut, but it means that they are poorly vacuumed).
Neutral - I agree myself. There was no smoking room at the settlement. Weathered on the second day.
Pros - close to the office, inexpensive at the office, a normal breakfast, a great dinner.

For 2 stars, more than a decent hotel. Yes, there are no special frills, there is a gym on the 5th floor, wi-fi at the reception and in the rooms, underground Parking (for those who will rent a car), convenient location in the Business Bay business district, near the metro and bus stop, it is possible to get to the city beach Kite beach. There is a supermarket nearby, but there are also a lot of small shops nearby. Within walking distance of the Dubai water canal, where you can walk in the evening or take a boat ride.
As for the rooms, everything is also very decent, clean and linen and towels are changed quite often. I was changed every day, which was very unusual for this level of hotel. There is a bar in the hotel with an alcohol license, this is for those who blew out what they bought in Duty free in a couple of days. In general words, the hotel is suitable for those who are not going to sit in a hotel and spend all their time visiting different places, of which there are quite a few in the Emirates. The hotel is nice, located in the center of Dubai, one metro station from Burj Khalifa. The breakfasts are ordinary, like everywhere else. Towels were changed every day. Also, 2 bottles of water were put on daily and tea and coffee were replenished. The room has everything you need, refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, safe. Transfer to the beach is not very good. They carry only 4 people, and then you need to be able to sign up.. And there are no cafes nearby.. We had breakfast, and then we had to look for a place to eat.

A wonderful hotel, the location is very good, 5-10 minutes to the metro on foot, you can also walk in 20-30 minutes to the center, Burj Khalifa, fountains. I enjoyed spending 10 days with my mom in this great hotel!!! We are very satisfied with the location, near the metro, skyscrapers decorate the view, and the transfer to the beach, and the service!
