We bought byd song plus at litio. I really liked the price in this salon, and the colors we wanted were available. Manager Vladislav kept a pleasant price for us, although we did not immediately give an answer, he was in touch all the time. I spent a lot of time on car presentations and instruction. He made a bonus for us in the form of floor mats in the salon. Concerns about the integrity and novelty of the car were dispelled, and I went through the entire car with a thickness gauge. We decided to buy an "electric train". We have considered several BYD models. We found a BYD E2 in gray (there were also offers of white from other places, but it was more expensive and the color did not go in) at the Litio salon in Minsk. Since electric cars have not been encountered before. There were a lot of questions and concerns. We sent a request online, and our manager, Georgy Kotikov, contacted us. He invited me to a meeting at the salon, showed me everything, answered all my questions in detail, and recommended a bank for leasing (we also contacted several banks ourselves, but we did not receive a better offer than the recommended one). After the approval of the bank, he coordinated and organized all the paperwork (loan, insurance, car transfer) so that we did not have to go to Minsk once again (we are nonresidents). We came to see the car for the first time and a week later we picked it up with additional options (antikor and film). On the day the car was issued, they even gave us a small surprise (it was unexpected and pleasant). In general, I had very good impressions about the organization and George, and I provided full assistance and support on organizational issues, and provided full technical advice. No disadvantages were found.

Based on my sad experience, at the salon where I ordered a custom-made car (while I'm silent about it, the money hasn't even been returned yet), after two months of waiting for the car, I still haven't seen it.
