The money was not returned, the order was not delivered. When asked why the courier never reached the specified address, support did not decide anything, just endlessly repeated that they would not return the money, and that "they are so sorry." We indicated the fifth floor, but we went out to the entrance anyway, onto the street, but the courier never reached it, as a result, they took my order for themselves, they did not return the money. We just gave away 300,000 money, waited for three pizzas, hungry, and got nothing in the end. The courier just didn't show up, and took the order for himself. The money was not returned. I'm terribly disappointed.
