BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING IN THIS STORE! YOU CAN BUY DIRTY STUFF THERE. We bought a jacket here on March 11. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. The relative put on the item immediately in the store, got to the car and drove home. It was only when we got out of the car that we discovered that the entire hem of the jacket in a circle — both front and back — was covered with a smooth strip of black dirt. Obviously, the jacket either hung in the hall for a long time, touching the dirty floor, or got dirty during transportation. It is physically impossible to smear the front of the hem so evenly with your own clothes in 15 minutes of driving in a clean car. When I was measuring, I didn't notice it, there's a dim light. The next day, we contacted the store, hoping for understanding and help (a replacement or help to clean or a discount on the next purchase). We received a sharp refusal. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD SMEARED A NEW THING MYSELF AND HAD COME TO GET ON MY NERVES. I understand the reason for the refusal, INDEED THE JACKET WAS PUT ON IMMEDIATELY AND, INDEED, I CANNOT PROVE THAT I HAD IT ON FOR 10 MINUTES AND IT WAS NOT ME WHO SOILED IT. It is unpleasant that sellers are unwilling to resolve disputes.
