Karaoke has very pleasant hostesses and attentive security, we were seated at a table we had previously reserved, but due to the large number of guests - we were transferred closer to the bar and to the door with an exit from the building - it was extremely cold, we were in blankets all evening, one of the guests was wearing a jacket. And two of us caught a very bad cold afterwards, which ruined our vacation in Tashkent (snot/ throat, etc.). The restrooms have only ice-cold tap water, and the cubicles themselves are not comfortable (cramped). The waiters quickly brought orders to the restaurant, but they had to ask for empty dishes and glasses to be removed. There is a karaoke club where you can dance if you wish. You can book vip rooms if you want privacy. The bartender makes delicious cocktails, and the DJ occasionally turns on dance beats, but it's strange that you can't "buy" a song out of turn, at least one per lap. The sound and microphone in karaoke are tuned quite well, but due to the small area of the main hall, it is too loud.

It took a long time to resolve the issue of a refund. For some reason, the cashier was not at all in place and the whole epic lasted about 40 minutes. If you make such deposits, please provide a normal service in the institution. As I understand it, there were a lot of dissatisfied visitors yesterday. We walk a little further, there the girl behind the counter meets and escorts us to the hall. At that time, two tables were occupied in the hall, and the first thing that caught my eye was that there were a lot of staff in such a room, given that there weren't many people. We order drinks for the waiter, he starts to force me to take the dish on the spot, I didn't understand at first... Well, OK, I agreed. Then begins what happened during the entire time that we were there. As soon as you put a napkin on the table, the waiter immediately runs and starts to collect it, after I smoke one cigarette, he immediately takes the ashtray and does not always bring it back, which then he has to go and take it from the staff table himself. It was extremely unpleasant to hear, considering that we always enjoyed visiting this place and spent a lot more! The attitude of this guard is simply outrageous. He not only humiliated us with his words, but also started swearing at us, which is absolutely unacceptable in any self-respecting institution. Gossip, which we used to associate with high-quality service and atmosphere, turned out to be at a low level due to the behavior of its security guard administrator. Such an attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable and lowers the status of your institution. I hope that you will take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future and restore the reputation of Gossip.
