They take an awfully long time to serve. We waited for the ordered dishes and alcohol for more than an hour. I would like to receive service at the same level for such prices.

It took a long time to resolve the issue of a refund. For some reason, the cashier was not at all in place and the whole epic lasted about 40 minutes. If you make such deposits, please provide a normal service in the institution. As I understand it, there were a lot of dissatisfied visitors yesterday. I don't want to return to this institution again.

At the reception, I am greeted by a bunch of guys, apparently the guards, who ask me to show the bags and leave the water at the entrance, this has already spoiled the first impression a little, the water was in the bag, no one was going to drink it. We walk a little further, there the girl behind the counter meets and escorts us to the hall. At that time, two tables were occupied in the hall, and the first thing that caught my eye was that there were a lot of staff in such a room, given that there weren't many people. We order drinks for the waiter, he starts to force me to take the dish on the spot, I didn't understand at first... Well, OK, I agreed. Then begins what happened during the entire time that we were there. As soon as you put a napkin on the table, the waiter immediately runs and starts to collect it, after I smoke one cigarette, he immediately takes the ashtray and does not always bring it back, which then he has to go and take it from the staff table himself. And so it was with absolutely everything, you just drink a glass and they immediately take it away and take it away. At the entrance, we were met by an inadequate employee who allowed himself to make an extremely rude remark that reinvestment would not let us into the institution if we were not ready to leave a sum of one million at the table. It was extremely unpleasant to hear, considering that we always enjoyed visiting this place and spent a lot more! The attitude of this guard is simply outrageous. He not only humiliated us with his words, but also started swearing at us, which is absolutely unacceptable in any self-respecting institution. Gossip, which we used to associate with high-quality service and atmosphere, turned out to be at a low level due to the behavior of its security guard administrator. Such an attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable and lowers the status of your institution. I hope that you will take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future and restore the reputation of Gossip.
