I like the range, but I have questions for the person who trains the staff. I came to the store, picked up a certain number of items, and I had a question about some of the products. I asked the girl to tell me how the products from the same line differ from each other. She just said the names, said "read for yourself" and went to the checkout, without even asking a colleague who was arranging the goods to help me. After the customer's payment, when there were no people at the checkout, she went to lay out the boxes. First question: is it normal for you to leave a customer and not ask a colleague who places the goods to help? The second question is: why is laying out boxes a priority above helping a client who came up and asked for it? Question three: Do you think it's normal for a sales consultant to answer "read it yourself" when I've already read it myself and didn't understand the difference? Moreover, I ended up with a receipt for almost 90 rubles (I think it's above the average in this store) Apparently, the management is not interested in revenue, since it chooses instead of prioritizing, competent advice and increasing the receipt - such a stupid, empty loss of money.
