Yes, you need a mobile Internet connection. The mosque is beautiful from the outside in any weather, and everything inside is colorful. An important caveat is that inside, when photographing, men are not allowed to hug women by the shoulders or waist (prohibition). There is an excellent running track around the mosque - a circle of about 1.8 km. It's perfect for evening runs or walks. There aren't many pleasant places to do this in the city. Roller skating is also possible here - smooth asphalt.

It is clear that the covered head and long dresses, but they find fault anyway - not even a piece of the ankle should be visible. It's easier for men - but you also need long pants and sleeves covering the elbows. Registration on the site (I posted the site address on the screenshot with the quarkodes), but we did not check the quark codes, only clothes, their vending machine did not work today either, where the quark code should be for registration. It's worth a visit, but you have to suffer a lot. Still, there is something to compare it with - in Tatarstan they have never found fault with clothes at all, in Turkey and Dagestan they give out their "suits" to women so as not to torment themselves or guests, but here the guys just saved on tourists.
