In terms of price and living conditions with three meals a day, everything is decent enough. Sauna, hammam, adult and children's swimming pools with good temperature, changing rooms - everything is clean enough. Nutrition : the food is like in a good dining room. In the room, make sure that the refrigerator regulator is turned on, because we decided that it is broken. 😅 The room had a terribly creaky bed, pillows in lumps, it was cold (take a heater for the night), broken door handles, and they hadn't taken out the trash in two days. The playground for children, which is listed on the list, is located in the neighboring hotel across the street - entrance by coupons is the same as in the dining room. In general, the hotel is well suited for a family holiday, given that you will not find such prices in other places.

Exceptionally clean , transparent air . The building has cozy spacious rooms (we had a 2-bed), cleanliness in the room, bathroom and toilet together. No complaints. For that price (40,000) per night, you could have found something better. The overpayment is more for the pool, and there is a very strong smell of bleach, I doubt its purity too much. We visited this hotel on the 20th of September. The staff is not very friendly, we booked a VIP room. It's hard to call it a VIP, it's already outdated. Firstly, the room was not even warmed up by our arrival, it was cold. The TV was not working, the problem was solved only the next day, and then they brought another TV. There are no glasses or mugs in the room, they can only be taken in the common dining room strictly until 21.00. Access to the pool on coupons is strictly 2 hours per person, also until 21.00. But the pool is big, the steam room is panoramic, and it's good. Due to the presence of a balcony, it is convenient for my husband to smoke. There is no desire to return to this hotel.

We were at the hotel on January 02-03, it was sold out. The queue for check-in was very long, we did not like the hotel itself, it was already outdated and not freshly renovated. But there were no places anywhere else, so I had to stay there. The rooms are very cold, very cold! They don't give out bathrobes, toothbrushes and pastes, too, they don't give out, the restaurant also leaves much to be desired, and the prices are too high. All I remember from the menu is a rib eye steak for 9000 tenge!!! The rest of the prices were also not cheap, and the waiters are a separate topic. In the SPA area (if you can call it that) there are 2 pools apart-1.80 m deep (which I think is very inconvenient for visitors with children) and a children's 0.80 like, but it is small and all children swim in the children's pool, and all children are cramped there as it is inconvenient for adults with their parents because their legs are not they get it from adults. And there are correspondingly more children than adults. The children's pool is all yellow with children's urine. There are 2 saunas in both stinks of urine too! Everything is dirty in the locker room area, I barely changed the children's clothes. The door is constantly opened and from there it immediately gets cold! It costs 35 thousand, I think it does not correspond to this amount at all, BUT people were all happy there! At the reception, upon check-in, they wanted an additional fee for the children, although we rented a separate room for them🤦🏻♀️ They barely explained and figured it out. They talk as if we came to their house and demanded to check in for free. The rooms are more or less clean. But! There is no basic soap and toilet paper. For 3 days we have NOT seen the technical staff ONCE. Accordingly, the garbage was also not taken out. There are used cups on the water cooler. There are dirty dishes in the dining room. They put milk for tea on the table from the next table, respectively, not a full glass but half. We didn't have enough of him for everyone.
