We bought gold jewelry with diamonds here on 11/13/2025: a ring, a pendant, and earrings. The certificate was placed only on the ring, and the rest was forgotten. Instagram wrote, they gave me an email and told me to contact them, they sent 2 letters to the mail, completely ignored, they say on Instagram that they will answer you soon and nothing either.
