Everything used to be great, but the last visit was a complete disappointment. I ordered a shawarma with chicken, and instead of the normal meat, there was a "chicken patty" inside — something like nuggets. No one warned in advance about the replacement. When asked where the meat was, the staff at first assured that it was chicken, and then admitted that there simply was no meat. I used to go regularly, everything was fine. But after such an attitude — when a replacement is made without warning and they try to pass it off as the original — the trust has disappeared.

Unfortunately, we will have to lower the rating. Having been a regular customer for more than one month, I am convinced that mistakes do not get fixed over time. The application periodically crashes while waiting for your order for more than an hour, and when you call to find out where the courier is, it turns out that the order has not even been entered into the system, although the money has been debited. Frequent delays, without meeting the regulations that if you are delayed for more than half an hour, you get shawarma for free. The food is delicious, but there are a lot of joints, which spoil the impression.

Gurman Doner is a place that pleases its visitors with delicious shawarma and friendly staff. The meat in the dishes is always juicy, the vegetables are fresh, and the sauce adds a special charm. There is a warm atmosphere here, and the staff is always ready to help with the selection and tell you about special offers. This place has become one of my favorites, and I am happy to recommend it to anyone who likes to eat delicious food and enjoy good company.
