Very rude service. Instead of a medium glass, the saleswoman included a large one in the order. She charged me for the order and just left for about 5 minutes. Only then did I start preparing the order. If she doesn't want to speak Russian, that's her business. You can always switch to English. After all, this is a big shopping mall in the capital.
