One of my bank cards was issued at Agrobank, and even when I was careless enough to lose the card, it was replaced quickly enough. The only drawback is queues, but this problem exists in all banks. But one moment caused me confusion bordering on discontent - this is the possibility of purchasing Master and Visa cards for free or at an extremely low price, after the process in which there is a debt that must be paid before use.
